I recently brought my new Tesla M3 here for ceramic coating, tinting, and emblem black out. Oscar is very kind and a great person to communicate with. He truly cares about customer service and works extremely hard, and takes pride in his business. From start to finish, he is careful to understand what work you want done and will try to work on your timeline to get things done. The quality of the work is excellent. When I first got my car from Tesla, there were quite a few scuffs and scratches on the paint, but with the ceramic coating I got done here, they included a paint refresh on those marks. My car looked more brand new than when I got it and that was unexpected. Weeks later, and I am still amazed at how shiny my car is compared to all the other black Teslas. Also, if you notice anything wrong with your tint or and work you have done here, Oscar will completely fix it with no added charge, as one should expect from a good business that cares about their customers. The only complaint I have is that it can be difficult to schedule a wash for the complimentary car wash (2 weeks after service), but that isn't his fault and it can be hard to predict when outside vendors are available. He will always be sure your time is worth it and show you that he truly appreciates your business. Oscar the owner of OC Customs was very responsive and did a great job painting the brake calipers of my 2020 Supra. I asked to get my brakes painted lime green with the Supra decal on top. We had a few hiccups with the timing since it took longer than expected, but Oscar was professional and kept me in the loop throughout the job. He also cleaned my wheels and tires afterwards. Was shopping around for paint protection film (PPF) for my brand new 2023 Tesla Model X. Got a lot of quotes from many shops but ultimately ended up choosing OC Customs. As soon as I took delivery of the car I drove it straight to OC Customs. Decided to do a full PPF, 2 layers of ceramic coating for the exterior including plastic trims, windshield, side, and back windows, and 1 layer for the front, middle, and back row seats. My main point of contact was Oscar. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the whole process from beginning to finish. The whole process took a whole week to finish and I couldn't be happier with the results. When I came to pick up the car. We did a walkaround of the car together and he demonstrated the ceramic coating effect by pouring water on the paint and it slid right off without any streaks. I was amazed. We went over the aftercare for the car and I was told not to wash the car for at least a week for the ceramic coating to settle in. I ended up choosing OC Customs because Oscar was quick to respond to all my messages/inquiries, and is experienced with taking apart and putting together Tesla vehicles which I am relieved about. Oscar is very experienced in wrapping vehicles. He was able to wrap the whole front bumper in one piece compared to a handful of other shops where they would do it in pieces. Everything was nicely hand-cut and tucked into the panels of the vehicles leaving no outside parts exposed. The cherry on top that told me Oscar cares about the quality of his work was he insisted I schedule an appointment with him to come back in a week so that he can do a quality inspection of the wrap to make sure everything is close to perfect as much as possible and no imperfection popped up over time. I'm astounded that I have a go-to place to take my cars to for any custom wraps and modifications. We talked about Tesla modifications and third-party accessories for my Model X and he said he has done many installations for Tesla vehicles including an automatic front trunk, and back trunk foot sensor. Looks like I'll be back sooner than I thought. Overall I highly recommend OC Customs to anyone looking to wrap and protect their car or just make it stand out from the crowd. Car had a couple minor / small dents in the hood. Oscar analyzed the dents and was able to repair. His expertise allowed the repair to done without removing the PPF! Oscar did an amazing job with full front PPF on my Tesla Model Y. I had previously wrapped my Model 3 with another shop, and the results were ok, but Oscar blew me away with the care and detail he puts into his work. He removes the emblems (reattaching them afterwards), and lights to tuck the wrap as deeply as possible. He made sure to go over the results with me afterwards, and let me know that he'd fix any problems. I doubt I'll have any since the look is seamless! Oscar installed my power trunk kit for my Tesla Model 3. When I said I didn't want to come down to Santa Clara and then sit and wait or find something to do for a couple of hours, he agreed to come to my house for a reasonable fee, even though it would be away from his shop and tools. When the SmarTesla unit I had bought didn't work and kept having trouble opening, Oscar was with me all the way, contacting SmarTesla and discussing what could be wrong, as well as guiding me over Facetime to try the things they suggested before they finally sent me out a replacement controller (which I knew how to access from those previous steps, and which fixed it). Oscar is a knowledgeable and very patient person. My experience with him has probably been one of the BEST TESTAMENTS to his excellent attitude and workmanship. I had a big project of fully soundproofing the ENTIRE interior of my white 2014 Prius. That included taking EVERYTHING (doors, floor, seats, carpets, plastic panels, trunk, roof...) apart inside the car... which is pretty hard considering how Oscar is usually the ONLY one running the work. To make the matter worse... the supposedly 4-day project was extended over 6 WEEKS because I only have 1 free day per week and need my car immediately the remaining days of the week. Which meant... the installer would have to take apart the interior... and put them back... again... again... AND AGAIN... until it's done All of the problems above was enough to have most installers deny my project request... too much pain and unnecessary work for them UNLESS they charge me an extra absurd amount of money... but NOT Oscar!!!! He patiently went through the entire excruciating 6-week time frame. Even though there were minor mishaps there and there but I didn't really mind since he's the only dude working and he's only human. I easily fixed those mishaps myself. The price he quoted was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other shops. Though to me personally, it's even more VALUABLE than that considering how he managed to put up with my frustrating "1 free day per week" situation. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the result and Oscar's professionalism throughout the progress. I highly recommend Oscar to do any of your desired car projects (as long as it's within his specified services). Well done Oscar! I backed into a Subaru WRX with a truck I'm not used to driving in September of '23. I drive stock cars and the guy I hit gave me a choice of a bumper/wrap repair place. This is the first place that came up and I ended up paying more later because OC Customs damaged the Subaru owner's bumper apparently. I don't have enough to work with to give them a stinker review, accidents happen and the Subaru owner was a little exaggerative with "unprofessional" to describe Oscar but if this place kept it tight I'd give them more points here. read more

The shop is very clean and it was nice to see the precautions he took to keep the car neat by placing some sort of soft mat over the fender to make sure it doesn't get any dings from tools.
