First, the cost: The insurance company estimate was crazy low, and I expected to somehow get hit with a bill for overages alongside my super high deductible. Jody and the team revised the estimate to make sure every single thing was it in line and processed it though Geico with absolutely no push back. They even saved me money. Timing: a majority of my work was PDR and glass so while they had a ton of work going on from the several hail storms this summer, they fit me in within the next week. AND they met me to pick up the car, AND they stayed at the shop until 10 pm on a Saturday to wait for me when I came back late from the airport. I've used around 5 bodyshops in the past (welcome to hail season in South Dakota). I know that these guys will be the only shop I use from now on! The next day I had to call and request status only to find out the tech assigned was out. They called back an hour later saying it was ready to pick up. Today we went and picked it up. The battery was not replaced. The service manager had an opportunity to make it right before we even walked out the door and chose not to do anything. When we got home we discovered the air filter was not replaced either- $269 later. Im even questioning if they replaced the oil. We will no longer be doing business with them and don't recommend them. Shady and not trustworthy.
