The day of the appointment, I called him at 4:40 pm to confirm he had the right location. He assured me he did and said he'd see me soon. At 5:00 pm, he was a no-show. At 5:10, still nothing. Finally, at 5:20 pm, my wife called him, and he told her he was "25 minutes away," with absolutely no apology. He blamed traffic, took no responsibility for being almost an hour late, and rudely asked if we wanted him to turn around. He then had the nerve to ask when he could come back the next day. When my wife suggested a time, he seemed annoyed and kept pushing for an earlier time, which was completely unreasonable. He promised to call back later to confirm and double check but never did. The lack of communication, disrespect for our time, and terrible customer service was shocking. I would not recommend this company.

I called their office 5 times from December 2024 until early the following year to get a proposal for a mini split, never received a return call to either schedule an appointment or provide a proposal as they know my house well. Miscommunication with a contract which took several months to correct when billing an additional amount. However, during the spring service call the billing had not yet been fixed and the technician Angel was instructed to remove my water ordered for my whole house filtration system without telling me. I only discovered it when Angel as to access the boiler room. (This same technician left my hallway walls dirty after I had just had them painted. Fortunately, I was able to clean them.) I knew no servicing was to be done until Winter so I asked why which he responded he was taking the filters that belonged to GMG. I advised that I ordered them and they belonged to me with an adjusted invoice only for the filters and not install. When I had the winter service performed in November 2025, I addressed the duplicity with Joe and the lack of a quote for a mini split. He stated that Andrew was bad at communicating and would share my concerns. I waited to hear from Andrew, nothing so I reached out. An appointment was scheduled and the understanding that the contract would be amended one time only to include the service for water filtration unit which had not been done under the previous contract. No revised contract received and appointment not kept. Since November, I reached repeatedly via text, voicemail and email to receive the corrected contract and then to schedule the spring service, NO RESPONSE! I'm attaching screenshots of the text messages and emails. I then asked to provide me the type of filters so I can get another company to do the work, STILL NO ANSWER with no attempt to address the matter. IT'S A TOTAL LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM; JUST CHILDISH BEHAVIOR! On top of all this, I receive on a regular basis emails to provide a review on a link to them only, not on Google. Prestige Pest Management came to our home in January. My kids told me they saw a mouse. I keep my house spotless so i was really upset when i learned we had a mouse problem. I reached out to Prestige and they were able to have a service man out the next morning. They told me the appointment was between 9 and 11 and that the technician would call me a half hour before he arrives. At 915 i receive the phone call he said he would be here in 30 min. As soon as he gets here he asked me about our problem i showed him where we were seeing droppings. He went to every room in our house and sealed the holes by our radiator pipes. He was very thorough with his treatment. In our boiler room he found some holes in the floor he said this is where the mice were entering the home he sealed it up and set traps up. He said he would be back for a follow up treatment in 2 weeks. When he came back for the follow up he went though every room again to inspect for any new holes and re baited those bait stations. On the follow up he removed 5 mice that the traps had caught in the basement. I was shocked that we had such a huge problem. Its been 2 months now and we haven't had an issue with those dirty mice. We took the monthly service so that he can make sure they never return. So far they have always been on time and treats my home like it was his. If you need an exterminator i recommend trying them. You wont be disappointed.

I had called 4 companies before them and they all either didn't have the right ladder, or kept rescheduling, didn't show up, or wouldn't treat inside or check the attic or have a ladder high enough for outside and a bunch of other excuses. Theses guys did what all the others couldn't or wouldn't. They showed up when they said they would, they immediately went in the attic without excuses, had the appropriate ladders to go up 2 stories outside. They looked inside and out and eventually found the nest. They killed the bees sealed up the holes, and was done! I highly recommend them and they will be my first call with any future problems.

Then they wanted to charge me $625 dollars to remove the nest and put up mesh to prevent further nesting. The prices are so whacky. Do not use these guys. I got someone to do it for $150 bucks.
