We had six new tires installed on our camper at Hullets before leaving for vacation, a job that cost us approximately $2,600. As soon as we left the shop and were driving home, the rear wheel on our camper nearly came off because the lug nuts had not been tightened. I called immediately, and they sent their mobile service truck to tighten them. While the camper was there, we were quoted $50 for valve stem extenders. Instead, they installed braided extenders, drilled holes through our hubcaps to mount them, and charged us $100 for the extenders plus an additional $200 in labor. At no point were we told they planned to drill into our hubcaps or that the final cost would be significantly higher than the original quote. During our vacation in South Dakota, one of the extenders they installed began leaking, leaving us with a flat tire. My husband had to buy an air compressor, remove the leaking extender, and inflate the tire himself so we could continue our trip. On our way home, one of the hubcaps flew off. Because the valve stem extender had been attached through the hubcap, it ripped the valve stem out of the tire, causing another flat tire on the highway. When we returned home, my husband called to speak with the owner in hopes of resolving the situation. Instead of discussing the issues, he was met with excuses and denied responsibility. The owner even claimed he had personally waited on my husband at the counter, which simply wasn't true. He also stated that because we had driven about 800 miles before the second problem occurred, it couldn't have been their fault. Which obviously the extender was slowly leaking the whole way and didn't leak down until we reach SD. They wanted to charge my husband $80.00 labor to fix the flat tire that was caused by them. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how a business responds when those mistakes happen. Unfortunately, our experience was that there was no accountability and no willingness to stand behind the work. Then blamed it on a nail hole and wanted him buy another tire. $379.00. They told him tires have no warranty. Not even 2 weeks old. This was our experience, and I wanted to share it so others can make an informed decision before choosing where to have work done on their vehicles or campers

I was driving…read morecross-country during a big move when, early one morning on the final leg of my journey, I accidentally bought bad gas that left my car completely inoperable. Stranded and unsure where I was, I called the closest shop and got connected to Eli. I was nervous, knowing this could be a major repair, but Eli immediately put me at ease with his friendly, professional demeanor. Eli quickly referred me to a tow truck driver, and as soon as my car made it to his shop, he and his team got to work. Since the repair would take a few days, I needed a place to stay with my dog. Being in a small town without rideshare or taxi options, Eli went above and beyond by giving me a ride to my hotel--talk about service! Knowing that I was in the middle of a cross-country move, Eli and his team hustled to get my car fixed within 48 hours. The team worked hard to get me back on the road safely, and to top it all off, Eli even came back to pick me up from my hotel once the repair was done. It wasn't just Eli who went the extra mile; two other mechanics also worked on my car. Everyone I met was kind, and Eli kept me updated every step of the way. I am so grateful for the amazing work and the above-and-beyond customer service at Milly's. They truly saved my journey, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you ever need help in the area, go to Milly's; you won't be disappointed!

Insurance company wanted jeep towed to Walmart and I knew that wouldn't work so I started googling repairs shops and because of the time of day I knew we would be spending the night there asked my sister-in-law to find a hotel for us. Looking at the list of repairs shops I thought I don't know these places, how do I decide. I selected FREEDOM because of what the word stands for, the colors and the stars inside of the "O". It was after hours when I called but Brandon answered. He listened. Brandon responded with professionalism. Didn't rush me. Guided me on what to tell the tow driver and that he would look at the jeep first thing Tuesday morning. Next morning when he shared what had been found and suspected I was overwhelmed. He let me call my husband and put him on conference call. He shared again his thoughts and recommendations. Brandon was straightforward with us so my husband and I had prepared to move the jeep to a dealership where it was going to take at least 6 days to repair and involved a rental expense when Brandon called me back with good news and we elected to let him move forward on repair. This was at 10am and Mom and I were back on the road by 3:30pm. The jeep's driving like a dream. I believe we had better gas mileage after the repair. If I lived in Manchester, TN. I would go to FREEDOM for all my automotive repairs. The fuel pump repair didn't break the wallet. Thanks to Brandon and the crew at Freedom Automotive Repairs in Manchester.
