It's now been almost a month and I still haven't received any refund. Both pending charges have officially gone through, and no one is answering my emails or calls. This guy kept promising the taxi was coming and after a thirty minute wait he knew we had no other options but to use him. I was staying in Portsmouth so paid the outrageous flat fee of $100 to take my two colleagues to Exeter. The next day I found out this idiot then proceeded to pick up another fair and drop them off which was out of the way and not agreed upon. This is unethical and also extremely dangerous bringing in a stranger we did not agree to. Do not use these guys unless you want to pay 6 bucks a mile.
