From the food to the service to the preparation, we were impressed every step of the way. We seriously could not recommend Smokin J's enough!! To start, the food was absolutely incredible. All of our guests could not stop raving about it! For appetizers, we had pulled pork sliders and jalapeño poppers (which were a personal favorite). They were not only delicious, but the perfect size to grab and eat as they were passed around. They were a perfect introduction of what was to come. For the main course, we had pulled pork, smoked chicken, ribs, potato salad, baked beans, and Mac and cheese. Every single dish I listed was cooked perfectly. I honestly don't think I've had bbq that good before (I will be thinking about it for a long time to come!).
