Being from out of town we weren't familiar with the local eateries and happened to chance upon the 'Cozy Kitchen.' I can say we're glad we did. When we walked in we were greeted in a friendly style and waited upon in a timely manner. The food was very good, the atmosphere was friendly, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was a young lady named Tab. She was friendly, courteous, professional and got all our orders correct without writing it down. I commented to her on her ability of recall. All in all, if one finds themselves in Graham, TX and is hungry I would heartily recommend the 'Cozy Kitchen.'

It was very clean and the counter service was quick and courteous. My husband and I shared the three meat plate. The portions are generous! We had the chopped brisket, sausage, and ribs with coleslaw, street corn, and charro beans. The coleslaw is not sweet, but so good. The cabbage appears to be shredded in house. The street corn is not a sweet cream corn, but it was creamy and it had max flavor without too much heat. The charro beans were also flavorful (I hate bland beans). We were stuffed, but mixed the beans with the last of our chopped brisket and it was delicious! All meats were so good, but the ribs were our favorite! Great flavor. The coleslaw was good. I read about the vinegar based sauce but the recipe must have changed because it is a savory slaw, just needed a bit more salt. The platter also comes with warm, homemade flour tortillas and potato bread slices. We will be back many times over since we missed a Waygu fajitas special today.
