Sizzling eel rice - mixed with added green onions
    Cin-Yee S.

Great hidden gem at Blossom Valley and Snell, serving everything from sushi to ramen to sizzling rice plates to hot pot and more. Enjoyed my sizzling, eel rice ($17) and asked to add green onions. I feel like the plate could've been hotter so that I could get that crisped rice, but I can always take it home and fry it again. Service was very efficient and friendly.

Really good place to grab food with family. Located in a quiet corner off blossom hill and snell its food is really tasty. Service is really nice and fast too. You can order on your phone so very convenient and they have some sauces and seasoning at the table to make things just how you like.

No idea why it took me so long to finally try Mimi's Kitchen, but this place is a great little hole-in-the-wall gem. Plenty of parking made it easy, and right when you walk in, you're welcomed with friendly service and warm hospitality. The menu has a solid variety of Asian options, from ramen, sizzling plates, sushi and more so there's something for everyone. Everything we ordered was really tasty and well-prepared. You can tell they care about the food and the overall experience. Definitely coming back to try more items. Worth it and highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I found this place on TikTok and gave it a try last night. The restaurant was very cute and clean! The service was very fast and friendly. It was packed when we got there, but they seated us very quickly. I liked the ordering system where you scan the QR and order yourself. I haven't seen that in restaurants here in the US! The food was also SUPER tasty!!! The menu had so many great options, we didn't know what to choose. We definitely will be going back to try more!

Craving a bunch of Asian food but not really sure what exactly? Mimi's Kitchen is an excellent choice since it has everything. From udon, sizzling plates, ramen, sushi, to hot pot. This place is great for indecisive groups. I've had their udon a year back and thought that was just okay. However, I decided to try their sushi tonight via DoorDash and was blown away by the presentation and quality of the sushi. All three of the rolls were excellent and this will be my go-to spot for sushi. This place is just down the street from my home, so I'll be sure to try other items in person.

Cute lil hole in the wall restaurant in the blossom hill area! Tucked in semi concealed corner of the aqui parking lot Mimi's kitchen is pretty easy to miss. Inside decor is minimal. You order via QR code at your table, but you pay with a server. We got the cucumber salad and 2 tonkatsu ramens. Loved everything we ate! Portions are really big for the price. Ramen had all the toppings and a generous amount of meat. It wasn't the best ramen I've had in my life, but for the price, pretty dang good. I'd like to come back and try their sushi rolls.

pork belly ramen was super flavorful, meat was tender, sushi rolls came out great, lion king roll was a bit mushy but otherwise the sushi tasted fresh and refreshing, friendly and efficient staff, clean and cute indoor seating perfect for family time or date night. def will be back and recommend to people!

The highlight of our meal were the sweet potato fries as an appetizer. They were delicious! My party ordered two different sizzling rice dishes: one eel and the other beef. Both were rather tasty. Their sushi is good as well. The prices are super reasonable!

*Food* This is my third time going here and I love it every time! Ordered the 49'er roll (my go-to roll at sushi spots), seared salmon pressed sushi, and salmon sashimi bowl. Every roll was so yummy. The ingredients, especially the fish, tasted very fresh. I can tell they took their time to make each dish look presentable. The sushi to rice ratio was also balanced (not too much rice) and uniform all around. *Service* The service was good. The server was attentive. Food didn't take very long to come out even with a full restaurant. One thing to note is you scan a QR to order. I typically prefer a paper menu, but they had photos and the servers were attentive so it was no problem at all. *Ambiance* The inside decor is cute and modern. Sound levels were quiet to medium. I like the plates that they served the food on as well. Overall, very clean.

We went here for the first time last week, and will definitely stop again! The food was fresh and the service was fast and friendly. It's a nice casual, mom-and-pop type place. We had some sushi rolls, and sizzling plates. The fish was all very fresh, and the noodle and rice plates were very flavorful. No wait on a Saturday night, so if you're looking for a last minute local night out, it's a great choice!

First time here and it was so good! I ordered online and the process was so easy. Location is in a plaza with a ton of parking and when I got there my order was ready. Service was also very nice and friendly. I appreciate the take-out packaging! It was so thoughtfully packed and the bag was nice and reusable And all the rolls were delicious! My favorite was the Golden train roll. And I also got the Spicy tuna roll and super California roll. I'll definitely be back!

This place is unassuming - in the corner of the plaza on snell and blossom hill. Plenty of parking. Super cute decor and friendly employees. I was a little nervous because they have a big menu - sizzling plates, hot pot, udon, sushi and more. However, I was really pleasantly surprised that our food was delicious! Sizzling katsu plate - a large portion of well-seasoned rice, chicken katsu, corn, and green onions served with gravy on the side. Cheesy corn - ok this is not good for you and very indulgent, but it was so good. Buttery corn with tons of cheese baked on top- it just worked! Sushi - we tried the lion king roll and the 49ers roll and both were really good. Also, their packaging for to-go orders is unreal- beautiful and functional. Every little detail is thought of and I can't wait to go back.

Discovered a hidden gem in a super convenient spot for a dinner meet-up. It's tucked away in the plaza behind a nail salon, so it's easy to miss if you're just driving by. We got there around 6pm and were the only ones in the restaurant, which had me a little skeptical at first. But about 30 minutes later, the place quickly filled up so glad we came early and snagged a table! For 4, we ordered: - 2x sizzling short rib pepper rice - sizzling pork katsu w/curry sauce - chicken udon soup - ika shoga yaki Since we were the first to order, everything came out pretty quickly. The dishes arrived on hot stone plates, sizzling with a cloud of smoke. Just be sure to stir or mix so nothing sticks to the bottom. Every dish was flavorful, portions were generous, and honestly, each plate was more than enough for one person (with room to share).

I ordered the 109, which includes a medium spicy miso soup and a side order or meat, rice and green onions, as well as an egg. The workers are friendly, and they offer free water if you ask. Since it's located inside a Mitsuwa, the parking can be challenging, especially during the weekends, so just be mindful of when you go. While waiting for my car to get serviced I decided that that day I would finally try Marufuku. I had heard so many good things about it. My buddy had the Chashu Bowl. My ramen was simply a bowl of heaven...with a little hellfire. Medium Spice is pretty spicy. But oh-so-good. I believe it's been one of the best bowls I have had in the Bay Area. I am a Ramen-phile (is that a word?) and I simply loved the bowl. So much so, I am trying to figure out when I can make my way down there. The gyoza was also very, very good. True Japanese-style, which is different from Chinese pot-stickers. I could have eaten another order without feeling guilty. My buddy enjoyed his Chashu bowl and finished it quite quickly. Service was also good--quick, efficient and polite. Very nice. In closing, it is a great ramen house and I will most definitely go back. And now for the pics.
