I had a wonderful pedi will definitely be back it was not rushed and I got to really enjoy myself I played in there vending machine and won a cute stuffie can't wait to come. Back!!!! Bar menu was amazing People were great Very accommodating to finding a color that I wanted:)

My first experience here was great. Was greeted with a drink , I picked out my color , got a gel x manicure and paid 170 including tip. I still considered that to be high but I liked the quality. My second time however, was a completely different experience. I was asked if I would like to upgrade my pedicure multiple times although the pedicure I had chosen was already $60. I then proceeded to get my nails cut down short and got the most basic French tip nail design with two cherry details. I was thinking my price would be around 120 or 130. I was shocked when she charged me 180 for a FILL and pedicure. NEVER IN MY EHOKE 24 years of life have I EVER paid that much for a FILL. The upcharge for BASIC NAIL DESOGNS AND SHIRT NAILS was 100% a cash grab. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER be back again.

Crystal and Justin killed it with the mani/pedi and I'll definitely be back. Staff is knowledgeable and well informed about the industry -- offering diverse products and services. Cute space, very comfortable and laid back. Clean and spotless and truly you feel like a friend even on your second trip. The free drinks are also great if you need to unwind-- well-made, large menu. Just go. Refresh. Feel pretty again.

Sky and Lena had such detail to their craft and everyone greeted me with such kindness and warm hospitality and truly made it feel like i was getting an experience not just a service. Not to mention how stinking cute the whole interior is ! Complimentary drink upon arrival and will even offer fruit with one of the pedicures. I wish I lived here cause this would without a doubt be my go-to spot. Don't sleep on this place ! 10/10 i'm obsessed

This is the cutest nail salon! I'm in from out of town and needed a manicure ASAP. I called and they were able to squeeze me in without having to wait. The business is clean, and decorated so cute! The best part- they serve all sorts of fun drinks complimentary for the adults, alcohol free slushies for the kiddos, and even have a claw machine for the kids (or grown ups)! Justin did my manicure and they are perfect! I'm trying to have healthier nails and asked if he could push them back instead of cutting them and he obliged. First time here and had a great experience. Christy was wonderful- just enough conversation to be friendly but not so much to distract from my preferred mode at the salon- quietly reading. The service was everything I wanted it to be- pampering, great pedicure, wonderful color selection. If it's your vibe- they have a cocktail menu that's surprising robust. No wall of colors, expect to look through books. Regular & gel available. Parking can be an issue, but I'll be back! read more

Came for a simple mani/pedi and the technician decided my toes were too short and decided to do a gel extension without asking. When I stopped her to clarify I didn't want that, she said oh it'll look better. Came in today and Skye did my toes while Taylor did my Gel X. Skye was AMAZING -- she confirmed and properly treated a fungus a previous salon dismissed, and still made my toes look beautiful. Taylor did my Gel X exactly like the inspo pic. I haven't been this happy with a nail set/salon in forever. Definitely a loyal returning customer. Go see Skye and Taylor! read more

This was the best nail salon experience we've ever had. Got us in last minute for specialty nail art that turned out perfectly. My pedicure was lovely. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Justin is the best Manicurist I've ever found!! My daughter found him first and sent me to him and I will follow him to whatever nail salon he goes to!! I received a haircut as a Mother's Day gift, and it was the worst salon experience I have ever had. During the haircut with Annette, over three inches of my hair was cut off, despite my explicit request to maintain the length. I asked for fluffy, face-framing with lots of layers, but the result was nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. As this was my first haircut in eight years at an actual salon, I was very upset. I cried on the way home and spent my Mother's Day extremely upset about all the length that was cut off after I had spent over a year regrowing it since cutting it postpartum and had finally got it back to a length where i felt like myself again. When I contacted the salon to request a refund, I was met with resistance. I contacted their salon through their Business Instagram and got ZERO response. Their website lacks a clear refund policy, only stating a 50% cancellation fee (which i asked if they could honor so i could get some money back but they refused) there was NOTHING discussing any return policy through services provided. Initially, they didn't offer any refund at all and just for me to come in and "fix" it, when the damage was already done. Then offered barely a refund of the tip and blowout cost, totaling $34, which they confirmed multiple times over the phone after me asking . However, I only received $23 back. Upon calling to inquire about the discrepancy, the staff was incredibly rude. Throughout all our interactions, including when I initially messaged their Instagram page (which received no response), the customer service was consistently poor. There was no apology offered at any point. On the phone they told me it was my fault because I did the math wrong on the amount to be refunded even though I clarified the amount on the original call and they agreed. After this I told them I would be leaving a review and to which the manager Jamie replied "okay see you on google" and hung up the phone. Overall, this was an awful experience marked by a drastic, unwanted haircut and appalling customer service. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone and I will NEVER be coming here again. I wish I could leave a zero star review because I don't even feel as though they deserve one. The photo evidence below consists of my hair before the appointment, the inspiration photos I shared with Annette, and lastly the hair cut that was nothing like I asked for.

While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

I had plans but was not able to keep them as they were because the appt took so long. I never got the chance to go to the third appt which I made two months prior and had planned right before a vacation. They sent a text the day before asking if it was ok to move my appt to a new tine. I declined because again I had plans for that day. They then sent multiple confusing texts asking me to change my appt time which I didn't understand when they originally asked and I declined. They finally called and confirmed my original appt. They then sent a text on the day of my appt two hours before to say the tech had the flu and they would have to reschedule me and gave me 5 or so random appt choices during the morning hours as if I don't work. So very unprofessional. If you value your time do not waste it on this establishment. I overlooked the contract, the high prices and the long timeframe for the service but I will not compromise on how I am treated. I will never go back and I encourage you to not waste your time or money with this establishment either. Value yourself, your time and your money!
