Fast forwards several weeks, I received a text message about a promo and decided to move forward with booking, with a willingness to commit to several cleanings with this company. I was told that I had been scheduled and confirmed, only for 10 min later to receive another message stating "After reviewing availability and internal guidelines, we're not able to move forward with this promotion."
