I arrived early and patiently waited in my car while the technician arrived around 10:00 a.m. Knowing the salon did not open until 10:30 a.m., I continued to wait. At 10:31 a.m., the door was still locked, so I remained patient while the employee finished preparing the salon. When the door was finally unlocked, there was no greeting, welcome, or acknowledgment as a potential customer. As soon as I walked inside, I was abruptly told, "I'm only taking appointments today." While I understand businesses may operate by appointment only, the lack of professionalism and basic customer service was disappointing. A simple greeting, apology for the inconvenience, or explanation of the appointment policy would have made a significant difference. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience reflected poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. Based solely on my experience with the technician present that morning, I would not recommend this salon to others.
