The facility is massive -- it almost feels like a mall. There's a cafe, indoor pool, plenty of fitness areas, and spacious locker rooms. Everything felt very clean here which is a plus. The Sunday 10:45am vinyasa class was advertised as "medium heat" but it barely felt heated. The instructor wasn't my favorite and the flow felt clunky and disorganized. Her queueing wasn't very clear and if I were a newbie yogi, I'd be pretty confused. Most of the class was spent in child's pose or savasana and I would've preferred more time to flow and play. The studio itself is fairly small for the size of the rest of the gym. As a guest recently, I had to download the app in order to get my guest pass which was pretty annoying. I've never seen another gym do that and didn't appreciate the extra hoops to jump through. Overall, if this gym was closer and less expensive I'd consider it but for now, I appreciate the chance to be a guest here.

Machines are often broken and dirty, kids are CONSTANTLY running around unsupervised and playing on the equipment, and the gym etiquette has taken a severe hit. You see people filming, reading up multiple machines, sitting for an hour while scrolling, and not putting things back. I had to change my workout so many times because the free weights were missing entire bands of weights. Again, the staff is incredibly kind and nice. But the gym does not deserve the almost $200 a month price point. I would pay $40.

They truly meet you where your fitness ability is and give you plenty of options to scale moves and weights to what you need. They also are really good about challenging you enough to get stronger. The classes are fun! They're hard, but you don't even mind when you are working out with people who are cheering you on and jamming out to the music with you. I've never met a better community of people to workout with. I genuinely look forward to going to the gym. There are plenty of times that work for any schedule and you have the option to go to open gym. It took me MONTHS to walk through their door, and I wish I did it sooner. While they have a few locations, this specific one is located off of Crain Highway. The front door is actually in the back of the building, and there is ample parking. They offer three party reservation spots on Saturdays. Included in our package was exclusive use of the entire space, a bounce house, a ball pit, a trampoline, a slide, a climbing wall, a zipline, a swing, and so much more! Additionally, two dedicated staff members led circle time, a puppet show, bubbles, and parachute play. To top it all off, the reservation included pizza, juice boxes, and grip socks for the kids. I can't say enough great things about this place. The staff was incredibly friendly, there were a ton of games to keep the kids engaged, and the two-hour slot felt like the perfect amount of time. In fact, my kid didn't want to leave! If you have a little one, I highly recommend signing up for a class or planning their next party here.

Top Tier easily accommodates a class of 20 athletes, all properly distanced six feet apart, with plenty of equipment for everyone. The Coach leads Athletes through a targeted warm up (specific to the goals of training that day), strength workout (e.g. deadlift/squat/clean/snatch/etc.), and then an intense CrossFit style workout of the day. After all Athletes finish, the Coach leads them in cleaning/sanitizing all equipment and putting it away, followed by a targeted cool down. Since COVID-19 hit, many of my friends, colleagues, and peers were worried about reentering a gym for fear of catching the virus or lack of cleanliness, but the Top Tier staff is working hard to ensure the safety of all Athletes who want to improve themselves.

This gym has potential, but the management seems completely incapable of realizing it. It's incredibly mediocre, especially considering what it could be. There's a reason people keep leaving, and it definitely isn't hard to figure out why. Maybe instead of making promises about upgrades, management should actually follow through for once. Lol.
