A few times they didn't touch my cuticles at all, so they looked messy again within a few days. There's usually gel left on my skin or a gap between the polish and the cuticle, which shouldn't happen with a proper manicure. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous for the quality. I always leave spending around $65 for a simple gel fill (tip included), and I usually don't even feel great about my nails afterward. This was my last visit. I'll be going somewhere else, and I'd recommend others consider doing the same.

They made sure I was able to sit next to my friend who came just to accompany me and gave us good conversation! Note that 10am-3pm Monday Wednesday Friday there is alternate side parking so it's hard to even find metered parking. Not during alternate side parking it's very easy to get free parking.
