He was friendly, on time, extremely professional, and did an excellent job. He cleaned our house, a white area rug, and a huge sectional w/ottoman. While nothing was grossly stained, we did have some carpet wear after five years and the rug and furniture needed refreshing. Our sectional and rug looked brand new by the time he was done. He took great care to do a good job and it showed. Travis also reminded me what a great tool a carpet rake is!
