I needed to be ready and I've gone to four different mattress stores... after countless hours on the Internet and a couple days on my feet doing the footwork of going to stores I literally ran into & walked into MATTRESS MAKERS in La Mesa and was greeted by DANIEL, he was low-key polite, Young Man and felt like an old family, friend. But I really wasn't in the mood to talk, I need facts, numbers and information. I currently own an adjustable bed and have always had one for the last 30 years, so I know what to look for and what I want. Unfortunately I had not really, "loved" anything I had seen in the past two weeks, so my patience was low. All I can say is... Just lie down in one bed to realize this is it! But more than that, you have someone that answers your questions straight out, there is no fluff, he's quite knowledgeable and down to earth. Being an old sales person, I appreciated his demeanor and more than that his willingness to help in such a difficult situation that I found myself in. I want the best for my brother, he's been given a second chance in life... The hospital beds are hell after three months I know for a fact, this will be heaven on earth. Not only did I purchase a queen size adjustable bed, but I decided to purchase a king size for myself... Not that I needed one, but I wanted to get rid of old memories and old baggage, and I wanted to sleep on something that I liked. THE BED is fantastic, it's not good. It's not great. It's out of this world, and yes, I know I'm speaking about a bed. The service is second to none and yes, I mean that The delivery was phenomenal... Seriously, they were considerate, helpful, Took their time and had me ask them questions... They wrapped up my old adjustable bedframe, which was pretty much new. There are beds, one of many of the same makers or you can have a custom bed... MADE JUST FOR YOU. I DESERVE IT, And so do you! P. S. DANIEL. Do not buy BOBs goof proof insurance. Total waste of money, they almost always try to get you to…read moresettle on some low ball amount so you go spend more money way at bobs none of the furniture lasts and the insurance company they go through is an absolute joke. Just hope others do not experience what I have had to experience. Guardian and Tri-County Furniture Service (TCFS) has been, by far, the worst experience I've had with a furniture repair company and this is who Bobs swears is a reputable insurance company with their good proof insurance they offer. From the beginning, the insurance company attempted to have me act as the technician by requiring a video appointment and asking me to move and lift the furniture myself. When I insisted on having an actual technician come out, it took 2-4 weeks just to schedule a visit. After finally being seen, I was told the item was repairable, only to later be informed that the necessary part was no longer available. They offered some low ball amount to take back to bobs to spend more money and get new furniture (for the record this is my families 4th time going through this process) I then had to go through multiple steps on my own just to secure the part, and even after that, I had to call myself to schedule another appointment for installation. The next available appointment was another four weeks out. To make matters worse, the appointment was canceled the day before and pushed back an additional two weeks. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, I was told they were all unavailable. Customer service throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. One representative in particular, Laura, was especially unhelpful and lacked basic professionalism. Overall, this company demonstrates a complete lack of organization, accountability, and customer care. I strongly recommend going with a more reputable company to avoid the frustration and wasted time I experienced

I was able to add two bamboo side tables that I was originally eyeing and due to the discount was able to add them. They do offer financing through progressive and that was a plus! Everyone was friendly but what I enjoyed most was they allowed us to look around on our own and I never felt the pressure of someone trying to sell me something.
