During my Invisalign treatment, Dr. Lee noticed that a few of my teeth were a different color from the others and suspected they might be "dead" teeth. She referred me to Dr. Yeh's office for further testing. That referral turned into several root canals, posts, and crowns. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Yeh and his team took exceptional care of me. What impressed me most was their professionalism, genuine care for their patients, and thoughtful recommendations on the treatments that were truly needed. The final result exceeded my expectations. The color match is seamless, the crowns fit perfectly in both size and position, and my smile looks completely natural every time I look in the mirror. Before going through this process, I had no idea how much expertise and artistry went into creating a crown that fits so perfectly. I had been suffering from tooth pain for a week when a family friend recommended that I make an appointment with Dr. Ming Yeh's office. The office staff were able to get my tooth pain looked at quickly and identified the problem as a sizable infection that required root canal therapy. Dr. Ming Yeh was able to do the root canal on that same day and sent me home with care instructions, an antibiotics prescription to help fight the infection, and a date for a follow-up appointment. Two weeks after the root canal treatment, the infection seems to have gone away completely and there is no more pain in the area. I am super relieved that the pain is no longer getting in the way of my daily life, and also that I did not lose the tooth! I will be returning to the office for the follow-up appointment and to discuss getting a crown for the tooth. read more

My family has been seeing Dr. Yeh for many years. He is professional and has a very high level of skill. Dr. Yeh and his staff communicate both in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and in English, and they're very sensitive to insurance issues and trying to keep out-of-pocket costs low for patients. I've also had good experiences with their dental hygienists for cleanings. I also see that they keep up with technology - recently I had a major procedure done, and they have a 3D x-ray (CT) machine. Dr. Yeh also has a straightforward way of communication. He will tell you if there are issues with your teeth, and whether they need to be fixed now or can wait a while. Dr. Ming Yeh is a bad dentist who discriminates against the poor. When I mentioned that I don't have company insurance, he responded with a rude tone. He was also unprofessional--when I asked him some questions, he seemed to ignore me and showed no concern for the patient. I've never met such an unprofessional dentist before. Once I got called back, the assistant asked a good amount of background info and was thorough without dragging it out. The doctor came in and actually took a moment to ask how I was doing beyond the obvious reason for the visit. That was a small thing, but it made the rest of the conversation feel more open. They reviewed my notes and asked specific questions about my day to day to better understand the patterns. I feel like I learn something new each time I go. Regarding the dental procedures, he is very careful and gentle and genuinely wants the best for your teeth. He gives great advice and tips for keeping up good oral hygiene. His staff are all very friendly and make going to the dentist a much more relaxing experience. I have been seeing A dentist in Campbell for 12 years and decided to try another Dentist from a referral. I tried Meng Yeh near foothill Expwy and Grant Rd. I found this place Clean & nice people. So far so good. I now have been here twice first time Chipped tooth 2nd time had some fillings done. Not only are the prices more than fair but he does an amazing job to make sure you are OK (no pain) But very much in touch with the patient making sure you are good. Me i have always had fear of dentist but here Not so much fear he makes it smooth fast and so simple, he takes the fear out of dentistry. I never meant a dentist like him. If you decide to go for the cleaning would suggest you get second opinions on the treatments he suggests to see if they are really necessary. The other reviews have echoed a sentiment that is fairly accurate - it seems like he tries to get some extra money on treatments that you might not need. This is the reason why I have stopped coming here for my dental needs. I think his cleaning job is solid but can't deal with the constant push exploit some extra profit out of unnecessary services rather than thinking about what the customer truly needs. I have heard cases where family members have been suggested services but after they went to other dentists for second opinions they found out those were unnecessary. Dr. Yeh is a fine dentist. He answers questions and does a thorough job. This review is for the front desk. I scheduled a basic teeth cleaning appointment weeks in advance only to be notified a few days before that they may need to charge me the difference of what they ask the insurance company ($280) and what the insurance company pays. This is in spite of the fact that my insurance covers 100% for preventative care such as teeth cleaning. This is after seeing Dr. Yeh for 10+ years. They were not accommodating at all, and it was a real headache to talk to the people at the front desk. They didn't listen to my concerns and also failed to note down information I had explicitly relayed to them previously. My opinion is that they saw me for my money and the money my insurance could pay rather than me as a patient. read more

He showed me my X-rays, explained what each picture meant, and what he looks for when he looks at the scanned pictures. His hygienists are also very friendly and do their best to make sure that you're comfortable while waiting for the doctor to show up. The entire space is very clean, and it's conveniently located right next to his wife's orthodonist practice. Dr. Yeh did my uppers twenty five years ago and it is functionally as good as new. Just had my lowers completed yesterday. He carefully made several adjustments and it works like a champ. Dr. Yeh is very precise every step he takes. It may take a little longer, but bare with him and you will appreciate the results! Dr. Yeh and Dr. Lee's office provide the excellent service to us since we moved to Dr. Yeh's. We did orthodontic treatment for my kids, my wife and then myself in the same office in about 10 years. All the people working in the office are very nice, polite, and professional. I did my orthodontistry with his wife, which costs me $5000. I like Selena for the cleaning job. But Dr Yeh always tries his best to push for unnecessary jobs, like dental fillings, x-ray every 6 months (I don't think I need x-ray each time, it's no good for the teeth. although it's covered by insurance), or pullout my wisdom teeth(I googled my teeth is not even popped up and he wants me to pull it out!). I was referred through a friend. Dr Yeh definitely an up-arising dentist out there in the Bay Area. Very clean practice with outstanding staffs with great services. The funniest thing is all back assistants' names start with J. I have been there a few times already, still got mass up their names. The Hygienist, Selina is knowledgeable and patience. I have been seeing Dr. Yeh for many years. Most of time I been to their office were cleaning. I always have cleaning with the hygienist who speak English and Chinese. She was fun but very picky with oral hygiene. So I have to start doing very good job a least 2 weeks before my cleaning appt. Dr Yeh will come and check after the cleaning. He will go over with the hygienist's finding and explain the detail with me. I met a new receptionist last week for my 6 month cleaning. Haven been with Dr. Yeh for 5 years already. He is very nice and examines my teeth carefully every time. I suffered from weak teeth that seem to get cavities easily and frequently, and he has provided great job to fix them. The hygienist, Selena, is also super friendly. This place is owned by a dentist and his wife, who is an orthodontist. Staff is friendly and facility is clean. The dentist is okay, although he was always in a rush. However, as some of the previous reviews have stated, this place will try to charge your insurance for every little thing and suggest procedures you might not need. Every time I went in for a general cleaning, he and his staff would tell me that I had to take an X-ray (every two or three years? Understandable. Every six months? Unnecessary.) and charge insurance for things such as $30+ for a tiny 5mL medicine cup of listerine. Had I known that a tiny 5mL cup of listerine was $30+ I would've just rinsed at home! I've since changed dentists but definitely be aware that this place tends to overcharge to get money from insurance. read more

This dentist did not allow his Hygienists to clean up dirty things when he was cleaning your teeth. I guess that he did this way because I won't take X-ray every time before regular cleaning.
