First. They only take cash. This place is a little hole in the wall. Most people drive by and never even know it's there. The sign is so faded. The place is simple. It serves up fried Americanized Chinese food. It's CRAZY fast service and very low prices. The people are friendly and the place is clean enough. It's a place you would bring an old friend but probably not your boss. I order the Crispy Chicken and its excellent in that "piping hot, crispy fried deliciousness" sort of way. The Egg Drop soup is very good. If you want snobby food, this is not the place. Our family was so disappointed this evening even just arriving at Mings. We walked in at 8:15. They close at 9:00pm. I understand we walked in 45 minutes before closing and the employees just wanted to start closing, but when the girl at the register rolled her eyes we were so disappointed. Ming's is great. It may not be the highest quality Chinese out there but it is still very good, and considering the price and speed at which you get your food, it is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants to eat at. I have ordered a variety of things off the menu and cannot remember a time walking away disappointed. Great cheap yummy Chinese food! This place can feed my whole family cheap! And that's ordering a lot! You get a lot for your money! They have never messed up or forgot anything we have ordered. Even if we call last minute when they are getting ready to close! We get egg fu yung it's very delicious and has so much food! I love this restaurant! The prices are low and fair. I love many of the dishes, they will even work with you if you are picky and would like something out of a dish. They even have dishes that you can sub in tofu for your vegan friends!! The staff is friendly and attentive.
