I had my appointment today. The girl was nice. She tried her best to give me the look that I wanted. I was not extremely happy with my lashes but they were acceptable. But the glue she used!!! Ohhh lord it burns. It's been irritating my eyes for 8 hours already. When I look up you could see the redness in my eye from the irritation. This happened once before when I was younger with a lady, where I only paid$25. So obviously I figured that it was a cheap glue. Other than that, the other 3 women I've had my eyelashes done, have never had this issue. I paid $120 so it I'm not happy that this happened. They did a decent job but will not be coming back because of the glue they use. read more

My lashes look nothing like the hybrid lashes they show in their pictures or Instagram. I'm really disappointed with how they came out. I plan to remove them that's how much I dislike them. After reading other reviews it might be the lash technician who couldn't provide me with the look I was hoping for. I changed my review to 4 stars because they called me and offered to fix my lashes. I reluctantly went back but I'm glad I did as I'm much happier with my results. Dora, a different technician, took the time to understand what I didn't like about my lashes and she walked me through how she could fix them so they're in line with what I had in mind. She made them fuller and made the length of the lashes look more natural and not all over the place. I think it does make a difference on who the tech is but also for them to take the time to understand what the expectations are and talking through it more. read more

My eyelash extensions were okay, but my eyelash removal was horrible. I went in today for a lash removal at 1:45pm with Megan. Megan applied something to my lashes to remove them. While removing my lashes, I felt an intense burning sensation in my left eye. My eye burned, was irritated, and started tearing. Megan told me not to blink and to "relax." How could I relax when my eye was burning? All she did was put a fan to my eye, instructed me to relax and not blink. After wiping away the product on my eye, she told me to open my eyes. My eyes burned and were filled with tears. She handed me a mirror and when I opened my eyes I saw that my left eye was very red, irritated, and watery. I was told to close my eyes again and she put water and wiped my eye. After a while, I opened my eyes and they were still burning. Eye drops were offered, but i didn't trust their products anymore. Wendy came over and neither one of them did anything besides offer eye drops. I paid $10 and was not given a receipt since I paid cash. I don't understand why they wouldn't give a receipt and I was told I would get one through text, but still haven't. I asked to see the product they used on my eye and it says on the product to NOT use on the root of natural lashes or eyelid. This was not followed. Don't come here for lash removals. The door is also locked at all hours, even though there's a sign in capital letters that states doors must remain open during business hours. In the case of an emergency, there is no way to exit, without having to wait for an employee to open. read more

My first time to have my eyelash done in this beach of Mini Beauty Eyelash in Grand Ave., Chino but I am very disappointed considering I even gave $25 tip for Ranie, I had my eyelash done on May 8 and the following day my Supervisor noticed two eyelashes fell if my face and then the next day another one,I will never go to this place again, quality of eyelash is very poor, the lady said it will lasts weeks but just two days the eyelashes started to shed off, I did not wash my face for two days and even bought an eye shield in Amazon just to follow their instruction but still it did not last.
