I told the cashier, #12, that this was a very scary situation and asked why he was allowed to sit inside. I told her that I didn't feel safe and suggested that security or the police be called. She completely ignored my concerns and did nothing. When I finally left and got into my car, the woman who had been sitting outside began urinating on the floor right there with her clothes on. I was completely disgusted and shocked! I have no problem with homeless people coming in to get food or sitting down. But when someone is clearly in a distressed or unstable state and is yelling and behaving in a way that makes customers feel unsafe, I believe the employees should address the situation instead of ignoring it. I will never come to this Subway again! I felt that my safety concerns were completely dismissed. Shame on you, cashier #12!
