I went to this location twice and all i can say is i've had terrible experiences. The first time I came here they closed at 6pm due to maintenance issues. I saw no signage so I went inside. This manager, I believe his name was Chris said get the hell out of here. I was very appalled by that because like i said there was no posted signage and I was told to get the hell out of here. This manager should get disciplined. The rest of the team Shawn Willy Jaymar were all super helpful as they saw what happened and apologized for Chris actions. Ate inside at this Cane's location on Feb 7, 2026, and was disappointed in our overall experience. This location seems poorly managed and unprepared to deal with their busy lunch crowd. The soda machine wasn't working properly so customers had to wait in a second line to get someone at the counter to fill their soda order from the drive up window machine. We waited 10 minutes for our drinks and 15 minutes for our meals, much longer than we have ever experienced at any other Cane's location even with busy lunch crowds. Then our kid's meal had luke warm chicken and fries, making us suspicious that they purposely put the cooled food in the kids meals assuming the kids won't complain. The one saving grace was that our adult meals were good and hot, and the fries were much better (crispier) than usual - keeping our experience two stars rather than one. We visit Maui for 3-5 weeks each year but won't return to this Cane's location. read more

Texas toast delicious. Coleslaw was good, but sauce spilling out made it messy. While I have yet to step foot inside, I, along with some coworkers got to try some grub three days prior to the opening date as one of said coworkers' children started work here. FOOD: 3 Finger Combo When I hear the words "chicken fingers", I immediately think of a child eating with messy hands and sauce all over their face and clothes. Very unappealing. But, I've heard nothing but positive feedback from folks who've tried Raising Cane's, so I was curious to make my own decision. The plate consisted of chicken fingers, crinkle fries, slice of Texas Toast, coleslaw and a dip called Cane's Sauce. Even though the chicken wasn't hot out of the fryer, they were still crunchy and moist inside. Their flavor wasn't anything special, but what makes the dish is the Cane's Sauce. I honestly couldn't tell you what it's made with, but it's a creamy aioli with a touch of mild spice that was really good. Fries are fries here. Another high point was the garlicky & buttery Texas Toast slice. Sandwich Combo I thought the sandwich would have a larger piece of chicken in it, but it was simply three fingers in between two soft buns, with lettuce and finger-licking good Cane's Sauce. We eat at Raising Cane's at home, and this restaurant on Maui is only slightly more than home for a 4-piece box combo, which is about $13 ($12 at home) and includes four chicken fingers (large in size), a big portion of fries, a piece of grilled texas toast and a medium beverage. $13! on Maui! It's a bargain and the sauce is really the best. My husband and I share the 4 piece meal for lunch. My husband adds an extra sauce to dip the fries. I think it's an extra .50 or so. What a deal. The employee taking my order told me I couldn't make that substitution. I explained that I had done it before when ordering online for pick-up, and she initially said they were out of coleslaw. However, when I mentioned it had worked before, she changed her answer, saying that only certain meals could accommodate substitutions--except the one I was ordering. I pointed out that the option was available online, but she insisted that it wasn't valid in Maui, which was completely untrue. It's frustrating how a simple request like substituting an item turned into a confusing back-and-forth. This experience showed a lack of proper training or consistency, and I hope the staff and management can address it. I'm a regular here, usually come once a week or every other week. I noticed there were new employees. They didn't get my order right the first time, giving me two plates instead of one I ordered. Like everyone says, it's the sauce that makes it yummy. The sauce imo is good but nothing to write home about (maybe just a Yelp review lol). I liked the lemonade, actually tasted like lemons. Sweet tea was basic, not bitter tea and actually less sweet than I thought, but nice overall. The sandwich was hearty! Soft bun. Dinky lettuce. No other veggies. Very light sauce (no Mayo) I'd recommend an extra sauce if you order this alone. I liked the Texas toast. Nice and buttery, slightly sweet; have to eat it fast before it gets soggy.
