No Accountability.. I'm handicap, so I'm tethered to the Tempe location. Because of the convenience of the 24 hour drive thru. In the last year, I have had multiple circumstances that needed the attention of management. But at no time. Was I allowed to talk to a manager by phone. With my most recent visit through the drive-thru. I asked the person at the drive-through window. Could he help me with a technical issue that was going on with the app and my order. He said that he could not help me. I asked for a manager. He stated he was the store manager and his name was Chang. And that he did not have enough time to speak to me about my issue. And that I have to figure out the problem on my own. Or come in to the store to make my purchase. Because he knows other handicap people that are able to come into the store. Or, the other option is to fill out a form at the bottom of the Mint app. Which brings me here with this review. Because after so many times I feel others should be aware. I have never had a problem with Budtenders, security, etc. It has always been with persons identifying themselves as supervisor or managers. If it wasn't for the kindness of one of the staff members out in the parking lot, (non-manger). The store would have lost a fairly large sale. Because there are other dispensaries that want business. All due to the unprofessional demeanor. Of the person that identified themselves as the store manager at drive-thru. When asked, other employees stated the manager is someone else. So no, I really do not believe that that person at the drive-through was a manager. And if by chance he was the "store manager". That gives you an idea of what to expect before doing business here. Whether he actually was the store manager. Or if he actually lied. Neither the circumstance is good here. Because maybe had I read this review prior to going to this store. I would' have chose another (company). These people represent the brand. So from the way i have been treated. To not having a customer service number or corporate number available to customers. Nor anyone that you can voice concerns to. It makes me feel as though. My money is not needed or wanted there at Mint. Because as a result, I lose money. Opposed to going to another company that does better. read more

I really enjoyed my experience at the Tempe Mint! I went to the new Mesa one on the Saturday before Easter and they gave out Easter eggs with chocolate and a free preroll, .5g concentrate, etc inside. I didn't buy anything that day because I just went with my friend but they still gave me my .5g of free shatter. Shoutout Emilio! I understand that they make you choose a "Home Store" which is a little weird to me. I went to the Tempe one a few days later to redeem a coupon I was given when I went through the process of getting my card because I used their preferred doctors office. I wasn't aware of the home store policy until my visit to Tempe so I assumed that they made the Mesa location my home store even though I didn't buy anything. After 5 minutes of the manager making a few calls, he was able to make the Tempe location my home store and still honor the 4-$25 off a $50 purchase coupons! I would like the staff to become more knowledgeable with the medicinal benefits of their products, but I haven't encountered a dispensary in the area where the bud tenders know a whole lot about medicinal benefits. Overall the bud tender knew what he was talking about and made my experience pretty great! I'll definitely be going back and recommending the Mint! read more

We went to Dr. Certs yesterday and saw the comfortable organized line situation at the Mint and decided to go there today for our medication needs. We were able to wait in line, with chairs evenly spaced outside along the wall so you could know where it was safe to stand with distance. The Mont provides the considerate option to sit if you need to while you wait in line and put up 2 shades for their patients. Because at the Mint they KNOW they serve patients not customers, unlike Arizona Organix who threaten to NOT provide you with your medication. I was then helped by someone who is educated on the medicinal aspects of the different products and was able to provide suggestions based on medical needs not just potency. I'd say the bud tenders at the Mint are the most educated to talk with about medication needs. I was able to select some cartridges good for anxiety and pain, that won't activate my allergies. Thank you for caring so much during Covid-19. Its nice to know I can still go somewhere to get help with my medication being treated with kindness and respect. I have no idea why on earth anyone has anything negative to say about The Mint! I've walked away more than happy every time and since I've moved to Tempe I haven't even bothered going anywhere else. I renewed my card next door and walked right over and used my $25 coupons (which I got 5 of!) just for renewing with them which also was an amazing experience. John in particular deserves serious credit for his customer service! Very informative and I can tell he's enthusiastic about working for The Mint and takes pride in how long he has been a part of the family. Happy employee=great management. Good sign! Every person that has helped me has always been more than helpful, sweet, personable and I think it's very unfair for The Mint to have as many negative reviews at it has. I went on a Wednesday night last week (4/13/22), which was my last night in Arizona. It was literally the only dispensary open in the area, that I could find. I ordered online and could have gone through the drive thru but I wanted to get the feel of the atmosphere there. When I got in all I had to do was show them my ID. I was then shown the line I would have to stand in, which was very long but expected due to it being the only place open at this time. Once I finally made it to the counter I was out in less than 3 minutes. I still had herb from when I first got to Phoenix early Sunday morning, so I didn't get too much. I got myself some shatter, which I'm still smoking today. I also grabbed a nice prerolled joint that made me float. What a nice way to end a vacay. Nevertheless they deserve 5.0 stars. I am tired of spending money without getting anything in return for our hard earned cash and dedication to a dispensary. But these guys have done nothing but show me the kindness and love that you would expect from this wonderful community of people. This dispensary does take pride in the medicinal benefits of this gift from God. So as long as you are honest about your situation and pain, you will find the people and the medication that you are looking for. Very impressed with Mint Dispensary. Well run operation, clean, great parking, quick in and out and great 1st time patient and daily deals. Their products were as advertised on leafly and they had the product I was looking for. As a first time patient at The Mint Dispensary, I found their front desk staff very friendly and they made the 1st time check in a breeze. Within a minute I had filled out the new patient card and was let into the back. Much bigger show room than I am used to and it feels slightly less personal than other dispensaries, but if your goal is to get what you need (and most likely...more) and get out, you'll be happy. And to clarify, the slightly less personal feel is coming from the size of the showroom, every employee I encountered was smiling and beyond friendly. The music is way too loud and prices are way too high. I had to repeat myself several times pretty annoying. The bud tender was very nice and quick to answer my questions and help me find what I was looking for so all praise goes to the bud tender however I'm not falling for your prices or the deals you give them not really deals when you have a buy one get one to pay $50 for two eighths. 1/ eighth shouldn't be any more than $20 so if you're gonna have a deal on eights you have a buy one get $120 for two eights plus tax now THAT IS A DEAL. Every time I've gone the wait has been way too long buying weed should be as easy as walking into a grocery store picking out what you want immediately with no weight and then going to a self Cash Out Ln. where maybe you have to wait for one person. read more

Be sure to bring your battery with you when purchasing cartridges, especially if it's a discreet style battery that cartridges slide into, because the ill-informed ass manager (Mike) will tell you that he's absolutely positive that the cartridge you're buying will fit your battery when it may not. Granted he may offer a cheap ass universal battery in place of an exchange, which was discussed on the phone prior to returning to the store, since the "battery market is so diverse". Going forward he should probably offer that bit of information he has instead of coercing a patient into an purchase that's not suitable for them. I have been going to the Mint for the past 6 months and I have not had one bad experience there. The prices are usually reasonable, you get good budtender service and there is never a huge wait. I have walked out of dispensaries before and not made a purchase due to problems with all the areas of observation listed above and so far, the Mint is the best overall dispensary I have found that has reasonable prices. Keep up the good work! One thing I would like to recommend is, please let your customers know whether you are accepting card or cash or both. Sometimes you guys will accept card, then the next week you won't. It is very strange but if you can figure that out, I would put five stars. read more

I have gone to Mint at this particular location since they opened and have always been treated with respect from a knowledgeable staff and I had Xander the last two times. He has gone out of his way to answer my questions and find the right product within my budget and never makes me feel rushed or anxious over my lack of cash. He treats me the same whether it's a pre-roll or an ounce and he helps me make better choices bc when it's gone, it's gone and Im screwed without my medicine and I can't just go get more, so, thank you for that!!! A very good Disp overall, competitive pricing and good product. If you think Disp's are homogeneous, not Mint. Their atmosphere and energy level and ambitious helpful staff is at every register. Great job.! Only reason this isn't a 5+ is because their "new patient special", (at least at least at the time), is determined with spinning a prize wheel... really? My first time visiting the mint today (6/28/18), was helped out by amazing bud tender Veronica! She was extremely warm, receptive, and kind, and helped me throughly throughout my visit. She asked questions about my experience and usage of products I was looking at, making suggestions and sharing her insights with each. She walked me through The Mints FTP deals, and weekly specials upon arrive, and was very courteous gathering my order. The store was clean, layout open and welcoming, everyone was friendly. This was a great experience. The first dispensary I have visited that I didn't have to look around for. They make it incredibly easy to find from the freeway and the side streets! I was immediately greeted by a woman behind the counter with a smile, which is a HUGE deal breaker for me. The wait time was was non existent. Thanks to a huge Billboard, I got directed to Mint Dispensary and it was a fabulous experience. I suffer from severe pain due to a shoulder repair surgery. The flowers that I got were tasty and effective. The sweetest surprise was a promotional preroll that was perfectly rolled. I was amazed at the variety of products and purchased a cookie that was not only an award winning cookie but was designed for consumers like myself. What a bakery! What a variety!
