But today I called the location to ask a simple question inquiring about their ad posted online, and the woman on the phone was extremely rude. Pros: variety of deals, wiiiide selection, nice staff and very helpful. They take medical cards. When you walk in they want to see your ID and then when you see your budtender you show them your medical card. Another awesome thing, you can stack your student discount on top of your medical!! Wooooooo! There are other discounts offered, just ask your budtender if you can stack it :) Cons: Everyone is in the same line. Makes sense due to the layout but when it's super busy the line reaches out the door close to the end of the building. The longer standing in line my body hurts more and more. I have a labral tear in my hip and other dumb pains. So it sucked. But it's understandable.. Also, when it gets super busy the parking lot gets pretty crazy but they have people out there directing traffic. Good job, guys! Deals always wrong from the website, budtenders not knowing where my order is, No where on their website does it say that any drive-thru order placed before midnight will become void at midnight. ontop of that they tell you that an order is on hold for 24 hours but becomes void at midnight? Literally makes 0 sense. You are so much better off going to Zen Leaf or Story because at least their deals are good. Never coming back to ANY mint location ever again. read more

My wife and I have been medical customers for a few years, and Mint was our main dispensary. Recently I've noticed a drop in customer service and medical customers are generally bottom priority. Product quality has gone down as well, to the point I stopped buying flower all together because it was giving me headaches I've never had before.
