Took it to a pawn shop for testing and even the jewel recycle and they both confirmed it was 24k. Them being jewelers, they should know this and not try to scam customers. Their work is amazing from what I have seen but I can not trust them. Beware.

The gentleman who I assume is the owner is very friendly and welcoming--he's always there and adds a nice touch to the experience. However, I've had several disappointing interactions with the staff. They are often unfriendly and seem unknowledgeable about the products and materials, especially when I've asked for advice on vinyl types or printing. I've been a regular customer, but it's always uncomfortable dealing with the staff because of their cold, unhelpful presence. It's honestly gotten to the point where I'd rather use the self-checkout if it were an option. I don't believe they have ever smiled. On top of that, I found out they weren't collecting my points for a whole month because the staff was too antisocial to ask for my email address. It's a little frustrating since I'm spending money here and would like to earn my rewards! Definitely hoping for better service in the future, but for now, the product selection and proximity to my home are the only things keeping me coming back.
