I was thrilled to be able to send them to Jaime. I've sent her so many ladies and they Loved Her! I can't wait for her to do my hair in a few days. Being new to the area, I made an appointment with the first available stylist at a salon around the corner and I'll never look back! From day one Jaime Smith has never judged me on my crazy choices or the way I change my hair almost as often as my clothes! She is honest in what she thinks will look flattering on me and is never hurt if I ask for something to be done differently. She is always ready to go when I get there with the color mixed and all! Would absolutely not recommend this hair salon, specifically with Jaime. I sent her a picture of my hair and 4-5 pictures of the gray ombre I hoped to achieve days before the appointment. She agreed and said she could do it, but the result looked nothing like what I had asked for--instead of any sort of ombre Jaime gave me blonde highlights instead. After just 2 washes in cold water with shampoo purchased from the salon the slight gray coloring faded and I was left with blonde highlights that looked nothing like what we had agreed upon. Jaime recognized immediately that the hair did not end up as intended; she eventually agreed to a partial refund ($75 of 200). However, she never refunded me and ghosted me instead. I am very disappointed with her lack of communication and professionalism and have attached photos as evidence of the whole situation. read more

I came here with my girlfriend for her haircut/hair coloring, she had I think Jamie and it was a terrible experience. The coloring turned out nothing like what she asked for(including pictures that she showed and Jamie agreed to). The haircut was okay, nothing special but very pricey. The coloring was very expensive and turned out completely different from what she asked for, I highly recommend NOT coming here and trying somewhere else instead. read more

Nicky is AMAZING!!! She knows how I want my hair even better than I do. I like different colors, and she blends just the right shades so that they don't clash. If she feels that something I've asked for won't look good, she will suggest something different - and she has never steered me wrong. My cut is always just perfect. Nikki is my girl! After 9 months of coming I am so happy and never looking back again. I came in with dry, brittle,nasty, damaged hair. I stick to seeing her about every 6-8 weeks and wow have I noticed a difference. She knows how to cut hair. My hair has never been this healthy. It's so smooth and silky and I no longer have out of control split ends. Of course my hair needs an occasional trim and right about the time my appointment is coming up my hair/body lets me know. So it's perfect. I am know learning and relying on my body. Another great quality of Nikki is she is flexible and understanding. I love the fact that she doesn't push and force treatments and fluff it. She is raw and honest. Last month I wanted a Brazilian blow out but was taking a summer swim class she recommended me to wait.
