Having recently moved to SD I am looking to Yelp for referrals to establish my beauty regimen. For my waxing needs the same business and name were consistently provided great reviews. I made an appointment with Diana and I certainly made the right choice! She was professional yet friendly. Her space was clean and comfortable (as comfortable as it could be knowing what was about to happen). I have sensitive skin so I had to tell her of my allergies and sensitivities. When I arrived for my appointment she was prompt for my appointment. She had removed the items from the room that contained my allergens, removing the risk of accidentally using one of these items. The service was to my satisfaction and I got great recommendations from her for many other services that I will need! I did not experience any ingrown hairs or dark markings on my skin so here I am 1 month later and I have just finished my second appointment. Diana does amazing work and really is an expert in her field. I have felt very comfortable asking questions about my own skin and different products, all of which she was very knowledgable about! Shortly after moving to California I noticed my skin changing dramatically and i developed adult acne. Nothing I tried worked and I was beginning to scar. I tried everything from over the counter products, to organic aveda products, dermatologist gels and creams, the whole 9 yards. Nothing was working. I started coming to Diana for facials and peels and she recommended a skin care regimen that was customized for my specific needs. I got a jessner peel with her after my first facial, followed by an enzyme peel after to remove the excess skin that was peeling the following week.
