I've been passing this place for a while now and finally tried it. Boy have I been missing out! One of the best meals I've had in a long time. The sushi is fresh and fantastic. The wagyu is incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly. They have some unique flavor combinations that went so well together. In the time of COVID Mint is taking excellent care of its patrons and staff taking everyone's temperature. Everything was delicious. Our standouts were the halo roll which featured light citrus, a little heat and delicious white tuna. A fantastic surprise was the secret ingredient ice cream for desert which had a wonderful toasty flavor and bright purple color. So yummy. Excellent flavors and combos. We got the salmon caterpillar. Wow! Apples and Salmon and raspberry and avocado. The baked mussels were divine. The sexy shrimp was so well balanced with the shrimp and crab and sauces. The nova roll was their take on a rainbow, the fish was super flavorful. We've literally hit everything on the menu and we haven't found anything we didn't like. They always have high quality fish and great flavor combinations. The rolls stand on thier own for flavor and aren't drowned in sauce like a lot of other places. The sauces they do have are subtle and add to the dishes but don't overpower it. Our favorite rolls are the Moonlight, Halo and Apollo.They even make rolls off menu when I'm craving one of the standard rolls other places have. For tapas we love the Baked Mussels, the Spicy Tuna Tartar and the Tuna Tataki just melts with an amazing sauce. The service always smiling and are prompt. I rarely have to ask for a refill since they ask first.They are continually refining their dishes and flavors. There was even a few times when the chef refused to serve something because it wasn't up to his high standards. I can't say how much I appreciate that. They clearly love food as much as we do. We are torn. We wish them all the success they deserve but hope doesn't get too busy. read more

My family had heard good things, so we decided to check it out and we had the worst online order experience today! We won't be returning. When our order was placed the wait time was 55-75 minutes, which no big deal, we get things are busy around dinner. When the app told me my order was ready and I got to the restaurant to retrieve it they told me they didn't have my order, I showed them my order confirmation with Sandy as the location and that it said it was ready on the app. They told me they could make it, but it would be at least 20 minutes longer wait. They ended up finding out that their other location had made my order instead. And directed me if I wanted my food I had to drive there. I expressed how big of an inconvenience this was that I had to drive to another location when I had my family at home waiting, and had already driven 25 minutes to pick up my order. I asked if there was any compensation I could be given for their mistake and wasted gas I was now spending, to which they replied no, but that if I didn't want to drive there I should just cancel my order on the app. Which I couldn't even do because it was already showing as ready & my card had been charged. Needless to say by the time we got home, our food was over an hour from being fresh. And no manager was present to even speak to me when requested. read more

Went for the first time recently and will definitely be back. Took my mom for a birthday celebration and the service was wonderful. The scallops were amazing. I will come back just to eat those.
