Cool slick pad sitting off W State; With two main spaces inside: - up front bar , quieter, slick. - & the back Loud lounge w much more people and Noise. Don't be deceived by the Mojito bar description; they gots tons of other bev.'s, .. like their v tasty Caipirinha or some Cuba Libre, fashioned by the mysterious Abigail :) They also gots a Cuban Chicken Sandwich u should certainly consider. Crowd leans to the under 30 group; good or bad.. So many cool spots in Savannah ; I'd put Mint2B in top 5. read more

Had to wait quite a few minutes (approx 615pm) for service. Not super great. Mojitos were good, not the best I've ever had, but good. Served wirh a giant boba straw...so expect to get mint leaves right in your esophagus. read more

We absolutely love this spot. Been here a few times and everything is wonderful. The mojitos are the best I've had. Make sure to try the chicken empanadas and the stuffed shortbread cookies. Service has always been top notch and cute sitting areas in and outside. read more

Love, love, love this place!! We were in Savannah for a girls trip, and we went to this place a few times for empanada's and mojitos. It's not a big place but there are seats to sit inside or you can take the food and drinks to go. I made sure to recommend it to friends of mine going to Savannah as well and they made sure to make it a stop! They also were very happy with it. read more

My wife and I were on a Sunday afternoon walk through the city when we spotted this tiny spot that we'd been meaning to try for awhile. We'd both forgotten our water bottles for the walk, and she was craving juice of some sort, so this seemed like a good spot to drop into for a quick refreshment. My wife got a virgin mojito with passion fruit, and it was delicious. I got the Cuba libre, which was great, too. We split a chicken empanada and some little fried cheese balls--I'm not sure what they called them, but they reminded me of pan de queso from Colombia, just more cheesy and fluffy. Both were phenomenal, and the garlic cilantro sauce they came with was amazing--I'd put that on anything. We ended up getting another chicken empanada to split before leaving because it was so good. The breading is super flaky, almost like a croissant. The service was great and the small restaurant was quaint and colorful, with lots of indoor plants and an overall cool vibe. We saw they have happy hour specials on occasion, so we'll definitely be back to try more. read more

Cute little spot on the outskirts of downtown. A simple menu of Tasty Mojitos and Empanadas. There are a few tables in the back but it gets loud in a hurry. Not really the kind of place to hang out in but definitely refreshing pit stop to escape the Savanna heat with a drink or two read more

I'm giving 4 stars because these empanadas and their garlic sauce were AMAZING! I'd go back just for that sauce... also ordered a cubano sandwich but lacked flavor. Mojitos are also good. read more

The empanadas were good. They're small. The amount of food inside them is conservative, but it was good. The sauce is good that they give you. The corn was delicious especially when you squirt the lime they give you in it on top. Overall, I was very happy and felt they did a great job and I'll be back. The Pina colada etc looked good too. read more

This place is a great low key spot for good drinks and food. The empanadas are crispy and stuffed full of meat and the mojitos are made fresh. I mean you literally watch them muddle the mint with lime. And the top it off with a piece of sugar cane. The music makes you long for a sandy beach and the sun on your skin. I felt like I was transported home to Puerto Rico. This is definitely a bit of a hole in the wall but the inside is much bigger than it appears. For a low key spot in a touristic area, this place exceeded my expectations. We later learned it is a local, woman owned business. We both had the caipirinhas, which were well prepared and strong. For the empanadas we tried the veg ones (spinach and cheese), pork and chicken. They were all delicious and very satisfying. Love how they offer free water in a bubbler. Service was quick and super friendly. Chill ambience with a few tables in the back of the store. Bathroom was nice and clean and had a purse hook on the door. read more

We had just had a yummy dinner at the seafood company, but wanted to continue to hang out. I am an absolute Mojito fiend so when we found out about this place, I had to check it out. We didn't have any of the bites since we had just eaten. There is a wide variety of Mojito's. I have to say, I was quite disappointed. I've definitely had better Mojitos. They were very weak, had a lot of ice, and expensive. The music was nice, and we had a good conversation, but not necessarily a place I would highly recommend or go back to when I visit again. read more

How have I never reviewed this place?!? It is always a stop when I come to Savannah. Delicious mojitos, caipirinhas, and sangria. Last time we stopped in, there was a dance class going on which was fun to watch. The speakeasy opened a little bit after we got there and that is a whole different vibe. I went with a group for a mixology class at the speakeasy. It was informative and a fun experience. When we first arrived we were greeted with very friendly employees and a mojito while we waited for the class to begin. We had some bites to eat during the class and the empanadas were outstanding. This is a nice little restaurant slightly off the beaten path, but not too far off! They had a ton of different mojitos to chose from and a ice selection of food. I had the cucumber mojito and a Cuban sandwich. Both were excellent! We went at about 1pm and they were busy, but the service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend a stop! read more

While on a girl's trip to Savannah we decided it would be fun to take a "wine and true crime" tour. This kind of tour stops at different bars around town while you walk so you can enjoy drinks while learning some history about the town. The tour was fun, but this first stop was kind of a miss for us. First of all, let me say I was STOKED about the idea of a mojito bar. I love mojitos and this place is super cute. You'd think since they specialize in mojitos that every mojito on the menu would be wonderful, but I have to say this was unfortunately the worst mojito I've ever had and my girlfriends also didn't care for theirs. One of my friends just dumped hers at the first trash can we saw and I only drank half of mine before following suit. Additionally the guy working was stressed and while he kept his cool, he was a bit short with us and others in line, and I'm not sure if he was just rushed, or didn't like that we were part of this tour, and maybe that's why the drinks were bad? Not sure but I probably wouldn't go back for fear of being so severely disappointed again. Hope someone reads this and that it was just an off night! read more

The decor is filled with nice bright color that make you feel at ease while drinking your mojito. They offer a variety of different options from strawberry to your classic mojito. Great selection of fresh made with fresh ingredient Mojitos! My wife and I love Mojitos and stop here every time we are in town. This can be a popular place even during the afternoon but we have usually found a seat at the bar, tables, or even outdoors. If you're hungry we recommend their empanadas. I am particular for the beef while my wife likes the chicken. They also have other food and drinks to choose from. This is a small quaint spot in the ambience was really nice. I ordered the passionfruit Mojito and the blueberry Mojito. The passionfruit Mojito was really good really flavorful, and the fruit in the drink was nice and it honestly tasted like a sweet drink. The blueberry one taste you taste a lot of the alcohol and the blueberry flavor just wasn't that good but overall, I would definitely give them another try. Mint To Be Mojito Bar and Bites is one of the truly amazing finds in downtown Savannah! Though they serve several different Latin drinks like Pisco Sour, Caipirinha and Chilcano the queen of them all is the namesake Mojito! Classic, Strawberry, Coconut, Passion Fruit and Pineapple. Each one is painstakingly hand made with such love and dedication. You wish for a bite too...the empanadas are marvelous too. They serve an amazing garlic cilantro dipping sauce as a compliment. Percussive musical instruments litter the counters hoping to be played along to the awesome Latin music always on inside. If you are fortunate enough to meet the owner you'll have a complete understanding of the success here and you'll start to believe angel are among us. I could go on and on. They seriously have some of the best mojitos you can find in the city, fresh, flavorful, and dangerously good. And if you know about Caipirinhas... then you KNOW It made me so happy to find a place serving such a great version of one of Brazil's best drinks. I honestly can't tell you most of what I had because I asked the bartender to make me his choice every time, including any possible new creations he may be perfecting. Every drink was complex and delicious. Nothing too sweet or bitter. They have these neat little lights they drop in their drinks to give them an instagram worthy glow. Those who say it's "loud," probably just don't like latin music. It was very low key and relaxing.

The tiki décor was genuinely neat, though, and the merchandise selection was cool enough that we purchased one of their tiki mugs as a souvenir. Sadly, the interesting atmosphere and attractive drink presentations couldn't overcome the poor service, lackluster cocktails, and overpriced food. Overall, it was a pretty big disappointment, and I don't see us returning. However, the evening did provide one final and unexpected treasure. As we left, we encountered a mariachi band performing hits from the '80s, '90s, and today. I requested "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)," but they solemnly informed me that the song could not be performed without a tuba. Instead, they launched into NSYNC's "Bye Bye Bye," which felt less like a musical request and more like the universe formally dismissing us from the premises. The tiki bar may have been a letdown, but being serenaded out of Savannah by a mariachi boy band almost made the evening worthwhile.
