I advised her that I had made an appointment online for 6 PM. She said "No you didn't" in the rudest tone possible you don't have an appointment that's just a check-in time or hold your spot. I'll Send something to your phone to fill out go sit down you'll be waiting 45 minutes. The place was completely empty. One person in the front one person being called back no need for the attitude. No need for the insinuation of a 45 minute wait when I clearly checked in online when I advised her I did not like her attitude, her tone, her facial expressions or her demeanor she was like OK and?!? apparently Crystal does not like her job nor does she have the qualities of a healthcare professional. I definitely made a corporate complaint. I wrote on Google review and here as well. They need to get it together. I headed over to the local emergency room, which was one block away was nicely greeted treated within 14 minutes released headed to the CVS another block away treated within 12 minutes and picked up the medication everybody else in the area was very pleasant, professional and direct.
