What an excellent standard of care! I have been to this urgent care many times, but they have…read morereally got a team there that is above and beyond! The woman at the front desk is aways courteous and easy to work with. She is also simply a delight. Then there was the triage person, her name was Sarah; very thorough as I have many allergies to medications and live with very rare disease, so she was extra responsible to include my medications as well as what will become a crisis to me if given to me. Sarah is pleasant, polite, and easy going. But then, to my surprise, two absolutely elegant, highly educated and very smart providers entered my exam with bright smiles (you don't see this in medicine everyday). I was seen by NP Marion Aden, along with a fellow student who was following her, also of her similar nature. I was there for a nuisance swimmer's ear and concern about possible skin cancer growths on my back which I suddenly noticed. NP Aden was diligent about a plan of care, including being patient while I called the Specialty Pharmacy where I get my orphan drug from to be sure of no complications with anything she prescribed, along with doing diligent searching for the correct standard of care. NP Aden then looked at the sudden spots on my back and agreed I need to see a dermatologist ASAP rather than waiting; this is what excellent care is! it's been just four days and my ear is just about cleared up. But I'm still fining the protocol, as well as going to my dermatologist. I felt seen, heard, and cared for. If you need an Urgent Care... this is the place to go! Run... don't wait to be seen: 72 hours is an acute situation, within two weeks it's chronic and can be far more costly. Of course, if it is an absolute emergency, dial 911. I hope you leave THIS Banner Urgent Care as happy as I did!

DO NOT GO HERE! Incompetent staff. Yound NP who dismissed our medical concern. Intake triage woman…read moreextremly rude. She's in the wrong career. Xray machine broken for months. Banner is too cheap to repair or replace in a timely manner, which inconveniences patients in their time of need. Corporate greed rules here. All about hiring cheap labor and providing no real help. Shame on Banner for screwing people over like this.
