It's not fun to get vaxxed but this minute clinic at CVS made it about as good as it possibly could be. We scheduled on-line, arrived a bit early checked in, we were called back right on time, given our shots, asked to wait for 15 minutes to see if there were any side effects, and given a great coupon. Great experience here at CVS Minute Clinic. A great place to get vaccinations. The nurse administered Ming our shots was polite and did a great job as well. read more

Horrible! Told me to check in on screen and then had message in standby queue Waited for 50 minutes only to be told rudely told she wasn't taking walk ins. There was another woman sitting there for over an hour that was also a walking! No apologies, no I'll try to get to you just no! This system stinks would never try it again! read more

I had a terrible experience at this location. I made an appointment in February because I was having Covid like symptoms including a sore throat. When I went in, they told me they were going to test for Covid, Strep and the flu and not to worry about the expense because my insurance would cover it. All three came back negative and they said I likely just had a viral infection. They refused to give me any prescription treatment for my symptoms. Three months later I received a bill for nearly $700 and they are telling me my insurance refused to cover it. I could have easily bought some tests that they sell right there in the store for under $100 but they saw this as an opportunity to lie to me and take advantage of me to make a quick $700. Never again will I go here for treatment. read more

Minute clinic was great , although they hardly take any walks in they are appointment only! They are very efficient and have great service on the other side the pharmacy was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED AT CVS !! We had asked for a COVID-19 shot instead the employee gave us the flu shot she said she had explained to us she was giving us the flu shot but she didn't I know she was coming up with a whole lot of nonsense to keep her job In case this was a possibility of being terminated the pharmacist on top was not helpful rude and defending his employee ON A MISTAKE SHE MADE ! Absolutely terrible our money couldn't be refunded and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation I understand we are all humans and we make mistakes but why give a patient a vaccine we never asked for like this is absolutely crazy read more

Do not use these people! Another reason why I hate CVS, but have been forced into using them by my company! I have no choice! Went to minute clinic today for meds for my sinus infection that I know I have. Advised her the symptom of me being able to smell the infection that just started 4 days ago. She proceeds to tell me it is not an infection and would not give me antibiotics because it has only been 4 days! This is ridiculous and stupid! I have been there before and had no problem ( a couple years ago). Now she wants to tell me that I have to wait, until it has been 2 weeks. By then it would turn into bronchitis! Yes I know my body and know what is going on, don't need someone tell me that I need to wait until we cross the timeframe that CVS admin ( not doctors) deem it necessary to give medication. My recommendation. If you can avoid them for anything- do so!!!! Don't waste your time using this stupid company! read more

I can't be more thankful that this place exists. No more long waits at the ER or one of those urgent care clinics, and you're treated like an actual person, not a patient number. If you're lacking health insurance, the prices here for exams and treatment are in the end much much cheaper than the afformentioned. My nurse Casey was an absolute doll, putting up with my "I'm sick, therefore I'm a fussy 5-year-old" disposition like a professional. She was cheerful and didn't carry herself like a typical federal prison nurse. She made the process a breeze and I was in and out in no time, so a big grateful thank you goes out to her! Get there early ( I'm not sure if the hours vary by location), sign in, and have a seat. There's no life-history of paperwork to fill out, the nurse does it via computer during your visit. Why can't it be like this everywhere else? She even takes your insurance or form of payment right there in the office so you don't have to go elsewhere and wait in a line. I absolutely recommend this Minute Clinic to all who are sick and want to avoid all of the wait, high expense and inconveniences of the alternatives. From start to finish I was highly impressed and would definitely come back! read more

Got online to make an appointment and they were walk in only. Took the son up there as he gets sinus infections. He has a 99.8 degree temp so they told us he had to make an appointment to get a covid test before they would see him and that sinus infections don't cause fevers. Not sure were they get their license, but it was clearly out of a cracker jack box. read more

Still a fan of the Minute Clinic, but wanted to give a quick update. No longer do you have to sit and wait out a long patient queue.... now on the electronic system, you can opt in to receive a text when your appt. is coming up (30 min notification, I think!) During "sick seasons," I used to go, check in, see how long the wait was, go home (cause I'm sick y'all) and then try my best to time being back for my spot in the queue.... No longer! A small touch that will help out a lot (and maybe even keep me from heading to the other clinic on that side of town, since every time I go to the other place, I end up getting some other kind of illness I didn't have before I walked in the door.) read more

Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. The lady was unsure of my skin rash and went out of her way to contact other MD/ARNPs. I went later in the day but was in and out. Also my prescription was easily accessible and quick. Would come here again if I had to! read more

I got hit with $119 dollar charge for my visit which isn't too bad. A few weeks later though I got a $212 bill for a bacterial culture and a strep test. I do have insurance and it's through Starbucks so it's typically great. I'm just saying I might as well have gone to the ER. read more

I told the nurse that I was coughing up green phlegm & my throat was really sore. I also told her I was wheezing & short of breath. She tested me for strep which tested negative. She also took my temperature which was a low grade fever. Then told me it's just allergies & just to take Claritin D & it'll go away. I went home & my fever got 1 degree worse & I'm still coughing up green phlegm which is a sign of infection. I went to a different clinic & they told me I had a chest infection.... Awful. Took in my child who was suffering from flu like symptoms. Told the practitioner that he suffers from asthma and was just on vacation in a region of the country with a lot of flu cases. She said he had allergies. I explained we were in the snow and ice all week and no allergens were blooming and he takes seasonal allergy medications. Then she told me whatever he had is viral and to go home and wait it out- knowing he has asthma and is high risk if he gets the flu. She gave a long lecture on the possibility of losing her job if she prescribed antibiotics for a possible sinus or respiratory infection because he had been on them once already this year. She also spent a lot of time concerned about Ebola exposure and any possible trips to Africa - where we have never been. He worsened overnight and I rushed him to carespot (a baptist hospital affiliated urgent care center)- they ran a quick flu test. He tested positive for the flu. They prescribed tamiflu to lessen the length and severity. He started this medication 24 hours later than he could have if the practitioner we had seen at cvs had been competent and run a flu test on a high risk individual. She was incompetent at her job and more concerned with silly trivial matters than actually performing a thorough exam. read more
