I visited this Minute Clinic after reading about it on the nextdoor app. You can either make an appointment or even walk in. I did both this morning since I felt terribly nauseous. The person that I saw was wonderful. She advised me of my options and explained that there's an urgent care right across the way. Luckily, the woman who was there before me forgot her insurance card, so I was able to see the PA right away. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. She even went and grabbed the over the counter medicine that I would need. This place is aces in my book! read more

I needed to get the updated COVID booster, so I thought I'd try the nearby CVS MinuteClinic since they had the Pfizer vaccine in stock (my normal pharmacy where I get vaccines only had Moderna). I was able to book my appointment online and was very pleased with the convenient and efficient healthcare experience. I was able to check-in for my appointment via text, and my wait time was under one minute after I arrived (no, really)! I saw nurse practitioner Sarah, who was very friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It was a cut above just going to a pharmacy to get a shot, and her bedside manner was excellent. After a brief health history review and update to my insurance information, I got my jab and was on my way. It was so easy and fast! CVS even provided me with a printout of my vaccine record and sent the files to my primary care physician electronically! Great service! I was also super impressed with how clean the clinic was. Sarah washed her hands several times and wore a mask, and the waiting room was spotless. The room where I got my injection was also meticulously clean (they even had a HEPA filter cleaning the air!), and I appreciated the safety measures that were visibly in place. This is a great place to get vaccines and boosters, especially if your insurance will cover it. I'm really pleased with my visit here. read more

I'm having a very unhappy experience with MinuteClinic LV that I thought I'd share as a warning. Their website indicates multiple insurances accepted, including my BCBS. BCBS allowed $70 as UCR towards my deductible from their $415 billed for cpt 99215 medium office visit. This amount seems reasonable as it was a 15 minute visit with the nurse practioner and her trainee. No labs, xrays or anything just checked my ears, throat & listened to my lungs; diagnosing an allergy. Unfortunately, their out of state billing company is billing me for the entire $415 amount, not accepting the BCBS UCR amount. I caution anybody thinking they may try MinuteClinic to be very careful regarding their balance billing practice and apparently misleading website of acceptable insurance. read more

I don't understand the negative reviews. I thought I had an ear infection so I went in with a same day appointment. There is a large tv with the first couple of letters of your first and last name so that you know when you are next. (Possibly a HIPPA violation but I'm no expert). They have a little table so you can charge electronics. They called my name about 15 minutes after my scheduled time but this was just to confirm my information. Then the crnp called me back a couple of minutes later. I waited maybe 10 minutes and was able to fill my prescription. read more

I have been in other minute clinics and they have been great but in this one it was ridiculous, maps says they close at 7:30pm we got there at 6:30pm the sick person that I brought, you can trek she was very sick the guy in charge of the clinic ask "do you have an appointment?" We didn't so he went in his office came back and said unfortunately I can't take you we close at 7:30 and I have to start the closing an hour earlier, and he didn't take her not even after almost begging him, I can believe he studied a career to help people. read more

We've been to this minute clinic more than a handful of times. It's opened on the weekends (which is great since that is when my kids always tend to start getting sick) and you can always check the wait time online and hold your place in line occasionally. I feel that the NP's are pretty through and they may even do a better job than some of the doctors that I take my kids to. You don't feel rushed and they definitely check the ears, nose, mouth, etc when I go in with my kids. In fact, I had one of the NP's diagnose my child with the flu and I did a follow up appointment with their pediatrician who said how did they know it was the flu without testing for the flu. Sure enough, it was the flu but just in case you're wondering they have the tests to test for strep and the flu in their office. Overall, I'm glad that these minute clinics exist because it sure beats waiting at an urgent care! read more

Review of the Minute Clinic in this CVS: I came to this Minute Clinic because staff at two other CVS stores said this was where I need to go for a shingles vaccination. They were wrong. The thing that salvaged my stop here was the great customer service of the woman at the clinic. She called two other places and got addresses and cost for me. She was very helpful. Since this isn't in my neighborhood, I can't speak for the store. read more

What a total mess! I was told that I would wait an hour and a half originally. That time quickly jumped up to 2 hours and repeatedly got pushed back after that. Never got a chance to talk to anyone because after waiting 3+ hours of waiting in a room filled with sick people, I gave up. There is nothing minute about this clinic. read more

The few times I have had to come here, the staff for the store and the pharmacists have always been courteous and helpful. The pharmacists were able to get my prescriptions filled fast a few hours before surgery, which my doctor forgot to call in. The only complaint I have is that it's almost impossible to get a hold of someone in pharmacy over the phone. It can be irritating when you're in pain. I have always gotten the same cashier in the front and as always, very friendly. read more

I've been using this CVS for 3 years now as my pharmacy. I've never had any issues, they're very prompt on when they say they'll have my medications ready and will call in advance to let me know they're out of stock and will need to get my Rx from another location. I love love LOVE the texting option to let you know when your Rx is ready to be picked up and I love the fact they call when an Rx is needed to be refilled. Awesome staff! read more

I'm normally a very nice and encouraging yelper with my reviews but this pharmacy has been pulling my leg all week and I'm over it. I got injured on December 28th and haven't been able to fill my prescription request because the workers I've unfortunately encountered didn't want to put in extra work and verify my requests with workers comp... Finally getting my medicine today after waiting 40 minutes but only after she called my name and still took another costumer before me knowing what I've been through... Love the pharmacy staff at this location. They're always super friendly and helpful. Probably the best service I've ever had at any cvs pharmacy. Plus they're super quick with your prescription order. I'm sure they tell everyone 10-15 minutes standard wait time but it never takes that long which is nice. I like shopping around though after I drop off my prescription because I get to use all my awesome Cvs coupons. read more

Not sure anyone really reads these for informational purposes, but here goes.. This location is right next door to where I live and I'm always in there. I just have to say, the cashiers are SO friendly! There are a couple that have been there for quite some time, and every time I'm in there, they are like, "welcome back, how's your daughter", or " hey, I haven't seen you in a while, how you been?" I even share the same birthday as one of the cashier's sisters. Other than that, not really much else to say (I mean, it's a store) but I love the hospitality there! read more

Employees are nice and they have those things you need that you don't want to go to a department store for. The liquor selection is cool and there is never really a long line at the pharmacy. I have been there on several occasions and apart each time the prices posted are not the prices you get at the register so be cognizant of that. read more

I made an appointment at 12:50 per their new regulations about seeing patients because of COVID19, and the person I spoke on the phone with was older and really really kind but I couldn't understand him at all. I got there 10 minutes early at 12:40 and told someone at the pharmacy I was there because it said I wasn't present on the tracking board. They told me to go back to my car and I'll be called when it was my turn. 1:00 and I go back inside and check the door. Locked. 1:10 I go back inside again. Nothing new. 1:30, I'm really upset now, I go ask the Pharm again and I'm told to go get the door again and ask the clinic how long it'll be. No one is at the damn clinic so I can't ask anyone smart one!!! 1:40 and I decide to leave because I'm clearly not going to be seen. It's now 4:00 as I write this review and I still haven't been text or called to "come in". Absolutely terrible service. I wasted an hour of my time waiting outside in the parking lot turn my car on and off. And no one knows anything about anything. Whoever works at the minute clinic needs to step it up and the pharm needs to be better and helping out. read more

As I was sitting in the waiting area, I could over hear the conversation being had in the pharmacy by the employees. They were discussing someone's sexuality, race and using phrases like "this sucks" in front of customers. This sounded more like high school students working in a food court and less like a pharmacy where they are responsible for distributing prescription drugs. I will never get a prescription filled here again. I don't know how seriously they can be taking their jobs when they're trying to determine what a "Hispanic girl sounds like" and complaining about their mothers. I have been going to this CVS for two years now. I have my pharmacy here. The people at the pharmacy are very friendly although they can get very busy and hectic they are still polite and they try to get your order done as soon as possible. Every time I go and they tell me a time when my pills will be ready, it is always done on the dot. The people that work the cash register in the front are very nice as well. They greet you as you come in and when you're ready to check out they are very courteous. It is never really busy here, or at least when I stop by but even when there are plenty of cars parked outside of this location the line goes by fairly fast. They pretty much have everything you need, I get my bag balm here since I have very dry skin and it's 9.99 for a 10oz. can which is a prettty good price since I use it every night. Which one can lasts me about two months. I would rather go here when I need something really quick. Much better than going to Walmart and having to go through a swarm of people just to get what you need. I also get my fake eyelashes here which is a reasonable price and again is a very close location to my house especially if I just ran groceries at Vons or Glazier's marketplace which is right across the street. read more

Ive been going to this location for meds. Always use the drive through. there have been a couple times it could have gone better but I have been going there for over 2 years so the bad has been drowned out by the good. The pharmacy staff are usually very friendly and seem eager to help anyway they can most of the time. If I have one bad experience someplace, I don't usually hold it against them. If I get a repeat then I'll be a little more opinionated. Three and its on...(not really, I don't like to waste my time that way, there are far better ways of wasting time). For the so called pharmacy tech KIM. The management needs to teach this employee customer service skills. I came in to pick up a prescription for son who rarely ever gets sick, she asks what name I give her mine and then ask her it's for him. She suddenly gets extremely rude and says " I need the name for whoever your picking up for". Ok my mistake I've never done this before. Then proceeds to ask for date of birth as she quotes "for who your picking up for" clearly seeing my son in my arms. This rude ass lady has no respect or customer service skills. Never been a fan of CVS! My preferred place for a pharmacy has always been Walgreens. Why? Because of the prices and the customer service. Most recently I visited this pharmacy not by choice but by default. My insurance company has now switched me into coming to CVS because of the "out of network" fee's they charge on the medication at Walgreens. I mean obviously I'm going to go where it's cheaper but here comes that rule of thumb about just because something may be cheaper doesn't mean it will be better. I went through sitting on the phone with CVS Caremark for over an hour getting my prescription changed to this particular pharmacy. When I arrived It was about 30 minutes to closing time and there was a line. I requested my medication and told the pharmacy technician the situation about my switch and that I had already paid over the phone. Nope.. Of course that wasn't the case. I wish I could remember her name but she insisted that I paid full price for my medication because they didn't have any insurance on file? Umm and this was the same company that solicited for me to do the transfer here? With only about 20 minutes to close I had to drive all the way back home and find my card. On the way back I called into the customer service number to inquire why this information wasn't transferred along with my prescription. Come to find out it was and when I returned all I got was an "ooops"? No apology.. smh like get real and do better. You playing with people livelihood and health okay being on your SHIT is imperative.... Thank God I only have to deal with them once every 3 months! read more
