Recently placed an order for large tri-fold brochures, and we discussed the due date. Paid 100% instead of the 50% a week in advance. One week goes by, and the print delivery date arrives, and receive no call about completion. I gave a call in the afternoon to see if order was ready as I would be needing them that evening. The lady said they totally forgot about the order, and they could complete it by tomorrow, unless I just wanted a refund.
