I just wanted to express my gratitude to Justin who walked me through this entire process of making window clings from a photo I had on my computer. I am a bit challenged when it comes to computers/technology but he assured me that there are many in the same boat and that he was more than happy to help. He acquired the photo then asked me about sizing. We then discussed the material the cling would be printed on. The turnaround time was exceptional and what I ended up with was two beautifully-printed clings (I opted for two because they were so reasonably priced) that exceeded my expectations! I needed something printed in a couple days, and called to get a quote and make sure they could do the order that quickly. The employee who answered the phone could give me no specific answers but thought that turn around might be possible and promised to find out and call me back with a quote. After a couple hours, having heard nothing from them yet, I submitted the files and questions through the website as well, in case having the additional information would be helpful. The only response I heard back from them was the automated confirmation for my online submission. Obviously, I had my files printed elsewhere. At the very least, someone should have contacted me, even if they were unable to my deadline. read more

Astonishingly poor customer service bundled with poor quality. Did not communicate with our designer that they needed 50% from us (22 year old nonprofit) before proceeding. "there's a big sign in the store" I was told on the phone. Printed the job, it was done Friday, to be delivered to mail house Monday. I found out Tuesday they hadn't delivered because they had not been paid, yet did not communicate that on Friday or Monday or during any of the four in-store visits the designer made to the store. Now I find out from the mail prep place that the outer envelopes were printed crooked, there are clamp marks on RSVP cards and the cards were jumbled in the box due to poor packing. read more

She even went the extra step of helping me make them better with her advice and offered to be at work a little early before they officially opened if I couldn't make it back in that afternoon so that I had them in plenty of time before my early meeting the next day. HIGHLY recommend Jess for design work. She worked on our wedding invitations and did a kick-ass job. She saw our vision right away, was quick and happy to make changes and edits during each proof stage, and made helpful suggestions when we were stumped on things like what to print on our envelopes. The cost was also pretty affordable for the DIY kind of style we were looking for. The printed invitations, RSVP postcards and rehearsal dinner invites came out perfect. Unfortunately, the printed envelopes were not fully dry before they were stacked and so the ink leaked onto the next envelope on about half of all we ordered. Bummer, because we noticed this late at night while knee-deep in hand-addressing 100+ envelopes... We did let them know and were offered compensation. No harm done. Overall, we were REALLY happy with the design and print work we received here. read more

Worst customer service ever. Needed some things printed for a client who hired me to do a errand so came here but I was given the worst customer service ever. He refused to print a few pages for me because he whined that he needed to shut some things down after he finished some things. He proceeded to go outside after me and smoke a disgusting cigarette by the front door. The place inside smelled like toxic chemicals. Don't visit here. Not even worthy of one star. read more

I noticed the yelp rating for Minuteman Press Lloyd Center was only 4 stars. I've been using them for more than 10 years. I've had vinyl stickers made, paper stickers made, triplicate forms, duplicate forms, business cards, double-sided business cards, color labels; I've even had a small perfect-bound book made by them, start to finish. Obviously, I am quite satisfied with their service. I have used and still use other printing resources, one about the same cost and the other considerably higher and have had equally good service at those places, but I tend to return here. As noted, I've done a wide range of things with them so sometimes it takes some trial and error as they and I attempt to execute my design. They are really easy to work with even with multiple changes along the way as I feel out what I want. I've never had them do a job for me where I walked away feeling unhappy, and everything I've bought has been used and, in fact, is still in use. read more
