I got nervous trying to explain what I was picking up and he snapped at me again while simultaneously treating me like I was dumb and a waste of his time. Made me feel like sh*t for the rest of the day. I don't think I want to come back and support this business again. Not if he's there. Also, the pricing quote I was given was wrong and he treated me like an idiot for that too. Looking through reviews, I see he's been a problem for years so I don't understand how a business would retain an employee that rude and mean.

The shop easily did it from the AutoCAD file for a reasonable price. (If you have a survey done, get the files, and know how to get them from the surveyor again if you loose your copy) I used to go through convolutions at Kinko's to do it, but it is very difficult even if you bring your own software on your laptop, or even convert it to a .pdf before hand. Installing the Kinko's printing software on your own machine is a nightmare now, especially getting it off afterwards. This shop is the pro shop, and the staff is helpful to non-pros, and interactive at proposing solutions for large format printing.

I am a bit challenged when it comes to computers/technology but he assured me that there are many in the same boat and that he was more than happy to help. He acquired the photo then asked me about sizing. We then discussed the material the cling would be printed on. The turnaround time was exceptional and what I ended up with was two beautifully-printed clings (I opted for two because they were so reasonably priced) that exceeded my expectations! Great color and quality! And Justin was incredibly helpful and personable! It was such a small order but he made it all about personal customer service. I called to see if Omnipak carries champagne flute boxes not knowing this is a wholesale company…read morehowever I called them as they were close to my place of business. Never telling me once or turning me away because they don't deal with the walk in general population I was told with gracious demeanor to stop by and they will take care of me. At the door I was greeted by Connor who was the GM of the company and led through their warehouse on a quest to find the right boxes for my meager application. Mind you, this is the GM who has other things to do of more importance taking time for me and my need for 15 measly boxes. We found what I was looking for along with the packing material with assistance from some of the help who were glad to lend a hand. As I left I was told my request was not mainstream as they do much wholesale business and online sales. I apologized right away for not realizing this as I found them by merely being a neighbor (4 mile away neighbor, but a neighbor never the less) but was quickly corrected with Connor stating "it didn't matter who you are, we try to treat everyone like a client no matter where they came from". I was invoiced and off I went with no more than 10 thank you's from him. It's a shame they don't have a retail storefront because they would put every other like/kind competitor out of business real quick!! I am in retail and they treated me like I wanted to be treated. Most businesses now days try to use the "we treat people like our own" B.S. and make it sound so sincere. This company, these people, and certainly Connor not only say it but do it!
