It's not big, but this is a cute and cozy coffee shop! They have pastries and ice cream too. Looking at the menu board, they have so many items and it was hard to choose one, but I have tried a cappuccino and iced white mocha. They were both great. Great espresso. Super loud music! I love that they're open at 6am when I need a place to sit and drink coffee and pound away at my laptop. My double espresso was excellent. Tables are comfortable though perhaps a bit low for my comfort. Power outlet nearby was nicely placed. The music is LOUD and annoying. They do have a "two hour limit" posted. Very cool cafe style coffee shop. Great vibes. Would have loved to stay but I had an appointment! Oh well next time! I didn't order the food, however it smelled absolutely delish and looked amazing. They have breakfast and lunch options. They are kinda thin on sugar free syrups. Only 3 so I got a iced sugar free Caramel latte with skim milk. It was soooo good. They also have a shakerato which is a extra shot of espresso and less milk. Might try that next time. read more

I love this place. I've tried a lot of coffee shops in my 3 years here in cstat and this is my favorite. The coffee is amazing and the syrups don't taste processed. Angel (the manager i believe) always has such a contagious happy attitude. He makes every customer feel seen and heard. That type of customer service can't be taught and is a huge part of why i keep returning. And they just got an app!! Can't wait to start using it. read more

I love going here to read and relax. The manager/owner is very friendly. They greet you when you enter and will explain the choices if you need help making a decision. I had a delicious mocha latte today. There is also a variety of pastries to choose from. I've had a couple of them and they are very good. You can also have sandwiches and gelato. The food/coffee is fine and the workers are nice. HOWEVER for some reason they never turn on the air conditioning and have the thermostat under lock and key. If I come here after 12PM it feels like I am being smoked out. It is currently 21° hotter inside than it is outside, and I have seen this thermostat read 90°F before. I don't know why they let it get so hot in here but I really wish they would turn the temperature down. I want to come here but it is so uncomfortable for it to be this warm. read more

I received the best customer service at this minuti! The employee noticed I was taking a bit to decide what I wanted, so she helped me pick out something. When she brought me my drink, she offered to wait for me to try it to see if I liked it, and that she could remake it if I didn't! I ordered a vanilla shakerato, which is kind of like a vanilla latte but with a stronger espresso flavor, which was really good! I also got a blueberry muffin. In College Station from out of town for work. Came in this morning excited to get a good latte and a pastry. I asked the girl if the croissants were fresh from this morning and she said that they were. When I picked up the croissant at the counter it was clear that it was stale, hard and at least a day old. I told the barista that this was not a fresh croissant. She quickly got very defensive and 'guaranteed' it was made this morning. I have lived in France and have had enough croissants to know what a fresh croissant looks, feels and tastes like. Zero chance that croissant was fresh. Just be honest with me and I'll order something else. But don't lie to me, sell me an overpriced stale croissant and then double-down on it. Disappointing! Latte was good, though. read more

Minuti is my favorite coffee place in town! I give it a 5/5 for great service and delicious coffee. However I wish they had a drive through or at least a curb side because hauling my 3 kids inside to get mommy a coffee really is a doozy. The coffee is strong and tasty- most places I have to ask for half sweet but here it's seriously made just right. My favorite is the shakerato with coconut syrup. The staff are super friendly and helpful and this place even has gelato! I really would love it if minuti opened another location in south college station because this place is greatness!! read more

I had a few hours kill before heading home for the night, so I decided to get some work done at a cafe. But unfortunately, their WiFi wasn't working at the time I was around, so be aware if you're considering to work/study here! The establishment is clean, quiet, and spacious. The baristas were nice and friendly, and they were super patient with me as I was looking over the menu. Upon asking, I was told that they didn't have any vegan options in the bakery nor the ice cream sections, and none of the Creamicino Ice Cream Drinks can be made vegan because they use their non-vegan vanilla ice cream. But it seems that most other drinks can be made vegan by substituting with almond, coconut, or soy milk. I wanted to try the Ice-O White Chocolate with almond milk, but upon checking, the vanilla powder used in the drink had milk in it. So I ended up getting the Shakerado Tea Lemonade, which was still good --it was refreshing and not overly sweet. read more

The inconsistency is very tough. Usually I love their caramel shakerato. But a few times (maybe 3-4?) when I have ordered the same exact thing, it tastes like licking dirty pennies at the bottom of someone's purse. Beyond just bad. Twice I've had it be so terrible that I explained that something must be very wrong with it, and they remade it, but the remake was just as awful. For this, it has to get 3 instead of 5 stars, sadly.
