    Minuti iced Coffee

The best coffee I and my family have ever had. Customer service was good as well and space was kept nice and clean. By far best coffee we've had in our lives.

Quite and a nice place to get some work done. I would defer to something that closes a little later but the scenery here works. There is only one plug which means they don't want you here for a long time lol. But it's cool the drinks are good.

Hands down the best dirty chai. And hubby likes his hot cocoa with 2% milk. We live about 45 minutes away and this is always a treat when we drive in. Call order ahead and usually ready within 5 minute. Staff is usually nice. The only thing as it is with the times, it seems a little pricey.

Came in on my lunch break for a Viet iced coffee and were met with two wonderful and inviting personalities! Our conversation was brief but the engagement was very pleasant and enjoyable. Their customer service is is A1. My coffee was made with so much love and detail I've NEVER had a Viet iced coffee THIS good. When I tell y'all he put his FOOT in this damn coffee. I told him to make it how he would typically make it and my lord I am so happy there's people out here with tastebuds that actually work lol. He told me try it with so much calm confidence I knew my coffee loving world was about to be rocked and sure enough, I was right. Forget Starbucks, I'm coming here for my daily coffees. These boys here are the god damn JUICE

I loved the Shakerato Vanilla Latte! Quaint little shop with a friendly/nice staff that's walking distance form my car detailer. Would definitely return while waiting for my car to be finished.

What an amazingly relaxing atmosphere. Great coffee and treats. When you've had enough of that other place-that-cannot-be-mentioned, this is your go to!

HALF EMPTY CUP/// PAID 8$ FOR HALF A SMALL COFFEE THEY COULDNT EVEN BOTHER TO FILL MY CUP UP

Coffee is good but they do not fill up the cup. I paid 8$ for a small coffee, it was a creme brulee latte so im sure the flavor made it more expensive. but to then NOT FILL THE CUP???? i didnt order an espresso theres NO REASON my cup should be half empty when you hand it to me. As soon as my foam melted my cup was HALF EMPTY before i even got a sip.

I've been coming here frequently for the past 2 years and they never disappoint. I get the Chicken Pesto Brioche literally every time I come and I can't get enough of it. Coffee is also great. Service is awesome, love that they remember my order when they see me. It makes me feel special. I love to bring my laptop to work here, usually pretty quiet and they play nice Italian music which is enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend!

First time here was disappointing. The pumpkin latte tasted weak. After almost 10 minutes when our breakfast wasn't ready and we asked they said they forgot?!! The muffin was supposed to be toasted but it was doughy and what looked like a muffin was the egg with a slab of preformed cheese on top.

I really enjoyed this coffee shop! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by both of the baristas; they were super friendly and welcoming, which always makes a coffee shop feel more cozy! I had a delicious chai latte with almond milk...so good and definitely gave me that Fall taste I was looking for. There's not much indoor seating but I snagged a booth seat in the back of the shop and it was comfy and had an outlet, which is all I needed. There was more seating outside in a cute little courtyard-like nook that I'd completley take advantage on a nice day. The only thing is that there isn't much non-paid parking in the area; not the hugest deal but personally, I wouldn't be able to patronize the shop multiple days a week because I can spend 5hrs at a time in a coffee shop! I actually got a non-metered spot on the ONE street I found nearby with no meter but I can imagine on most days, you should expect to pay to park. But the experience was so cute and pleasant, I would definitely go back!

Came here on a weekday to do some work. I went with the shakerato vanilla latte, which was quite good. It had 2 shots of espresso, cream, and vanilla syrup. It wasn't too sweet like the Starbucks vanilla lattes. There are a few tables to work at, but the cafe is overall quite small.

This is my favorite spot almost every morning. Delicious coffee, pastries and I LOVE their caprese sandwiches! Their Ice-O White Chocolate and Affogatos are so yum. My little guy loves their puppy lattes.

What's the parking situation here (especially if you plan on staying for a while to get some work done)? Is there any free parking?

I was there 530/6am. Parking looked like it would be horrible. If you get there EARLY, guessing you could find a quick walking distance spot. I found one across street, behind a neighboring business.

Once I reached the counter, the gentleman helped me with selecting a coffee and even answered a few clarifying questions I had about ingredients. I got 2 cortados (I drank the first one so fast that I needed another one), a vanilla latte (sweet but balanced), and two croissants (almond and chocolate). My friends got a cheesecake latte (cupcake dominant and didn't have enough cookie butter flavoring), a white mocha hot chocolate (pretty good), and a blueberry muffin (amazingly soft, flavorful, and balanced). All together, I'll be coming back much more often!!!

I also tried one of their muffins, and it was absolutely delicious. Another 5/5! The only thing that disappointed me was the coffee. I asked the barista for a recommendation and specifically mentioned that I wanted a coffee that wasn't too sweet. She recommended a drink, and I trusted her suggestion. Unfortunately, when I tried it, it was much sweeter than I was expecting. I understand recommendations are subjective, so I don't blame anyone,it just wasn't what I was looking for. Because of that, I'd give the coffee 1/5. It simply wasn't to my taste. Overall, the great service and delicious muffin were definite highlights, but the coffee experience brought my overall rating down to 3/5.

A couple of friends and I wandered in early on a Sunday for breakfast/brunch. I ordered the scrambled‑egg and turkey‑bacon tacos with a flat white, one friend had the chilaquiles (he thought they could've used a bit more flavor and some avocado), and my other friend went for the French toast with an iced coffee. We had a great conversation over a delicious meal and solid coffee, and the steady stream of adorable dogs around us was the perfect bonus. I'd read some reviews complaining about the service, but ours was totally fine--especially for an early Sunday morning. It probably helps to be patient if they're short‑staffed, but we had no issues at all.

It's on the east side of 59 freeway and only a few blocks from the famous Huynh Vietnamese restaurant. It's served in a foldable paper cup, so that's kinda weird, but also makes me feel like I'm saving the earth by purchasing this $9 drink. - pho beef kolache: one of a kind and you gotta try it. I found it pleasantly surprising. It was served hot and a fair size that won't completely fill you up but it ain't no sample size either. I loved it. - Thai banana pudding: this was the highlight. I'm not sure if it's a seasonal item, but if they have it, you gotta get it. It was delicious and the perfect amount of sweetness.
