Can only speak to the coffee, which is fine, and basically on par with the other options around. And the outdoor sitting area is nice for good-weather days. But haven't been back since last visit when my wife mentioned to them her cappuccino was not made according to how she requested. She specifically asked for "dry" but received a cup of mostly milk. The server then told her that's just how it is with a tone implying she was dumb for asking about it. We prefer Starbucks where they just remake your drink rather than dispute it with you. read more

This location in particular is in one of my favorite parts of Katy. The patio area is so sweet and romantic, with pretty twinkly lights and plenty of covered seating. Having fallen in love with Italy during a trip there this past Spring, Minuti Coffee gives me an opportunity to have a little taste of it back here in TX. There's beer and wine, as well as all the usual coffee characters and some great little snacks and sandwiches. Take it to go, drive through the drive through, or hang out in the warm, cozy little dining area or the patio. I am a HUGE fan and I'm so delighted to have found this place! read more

Quaint little place in a popular strip near 5 Below and Bath N Body Works. I went through the drive through and asked for their most popular beverage and the Dirty Chai is what was recommended. It was delicious and I went back the next day for the same beverage, but over ice. I decided to come to this coffee shop so a friend and I could catch up. I loved that they played a good music which included artists such as Frank Sinatra. There is an outdoor seating area that made it excellent for a breezy experience. Inside it is quite chilly so bring a jacket if you were going to study or be there for a long time. They did have gelato that did taste good. Overall I would highly recommend coming here especially late at night. read more

I am rating Minuti a 5/5 because of the customer service. This was my first time here and I was truly blown away by the help that I received from the owner and staff. I typically drink strong, dark coffee or espresso drinks but I ordered a Dirty Chai with Soy based off a friend's recommendation. I left the shop and didn't have a sip of it till I got to work. When I tried it, I was so overwhelmed with sweetness that I could not drink it. My coworker convinced me to go back to Minuti and I am so glad I did! The owner took my drink back without question and helped me try to find a non-dairy espresso beverage that wasn't too sweet for me. He was so knowledgeable about the science of the coffee and explained to me how soy gets sweeter when heated. He then proceeded to make me 2 new espresso beverages to try and told me relax and take my time trying them. He really wanted to help me find a new beverage that I would like. When I decided that they were still too sweet for me, he gave me a Large brewed coffee (my original drink was a small) AND a $10 gift card! I was so impressed with how kind and thoughtful the owner and staff were, this Starbucks devotee will definitely be coming back regularly. This place is awesome! Fair prices, delicious coffee and helpful staff. The vibe of the place is extremely chill and relaxing and many people come to do homework here. There is free WiFi provided and many tables with lots of space and outlets near by for laptops. One of the things that bugs me most about coffee shops is the feeling of being closed in or way too cozy with strangers. This one was very spacious and felt very comfortable. One of the best chai tea lattes I've ever had. I will always drink Starbucks because they are all over but Minuti blew them out of the water. A legit " where have you been all my life?!" moment. Super rich and creamy, unlike any other chai tea latte I've ever had. I'm a serious coffee drinker and chai tea lattes have been my JAM for 10+ years so believe me when I say it was amazing. The pricing is a bit steep and the counter/ordering area is pretty small. I walked in to order and decided to walk out when I saw the small space and just hit the drive through. I saw that there was a Minuti Coffee place in Katy and I had to try it. I got the iced mocha with skim milk and I felt the coffee was stronger than at Starbucks, which is always a plus for me. The location is move, good service etc, but the picky thing that makes this rate low is the poor selection of pastries and more importantly, the inconsistency of stone of their drinks. I always order the cappuccino and sometimes the coffee cup is nice and fill, but most of the time, the cup is a majority of foam with less than 30% of the cup with actual coffee. Sometimes I bring it to their attention, but more often than not, I just drink it and order another one. I really want to like this place, but they need more consistency. I like coffee with my foam and I would like a little more variety on the pastries. With a little work, this location could really be stellar. Our coffee was pretty good, but too expensive for a regular coffee of the day. I didn't order a fancy latté; I didn't even want cream or sugar. These coffee places need to get over themselves asking $4 for a cup of black drip coffee. We also ordered english muffin breakfast sandwiches. They were reasonably priced but not very good at all. The bread wasn't even toasted- It was raw, and the cheese was probably lesser quality than those other drive-thru's that charge $.99 for the same sandwich (and they bother to toast and butter the bread). If you bill yourself as a more upscale restaurant, use high quality ingredients to justify your pricing. The customer service was good, which is why I'm giving 3 stars. I've started to come here pretty regularly over the past few weeks. I was immediately drawn to it because of its longer hours (open until 10, where most coffee shops in the area close at 9). I can't speak to other drinks, but their iced latte is delicious. Their ginger latte (?) was amazing as well, even though I hate ginger and only had a sip. If you're debating between the pumpkin spice latte and that ginger one, definitely go for the ginger. The last time I went, we ordered the pesto chicken sandwich, which was amazing and a perfect companion to the coffees we ordered, if a bit on the pricy side. If you have a mouth sensitive to harder toast, I'd beware of this option. Great late night snack to share though! Definitely will be back. read more

Meh. It was disappointing. I was looking for a Starbucks alternative. I ordered a regular latte with one shot of vanilla. It was overly sweet and tasted like coffee mate vanilla creamer. Actually, it tasted EXACTLY like coffee mate vanilla creamer - not vanilla syrup. Also, the regular is the smallest size, but it was 4.10 after tax. Came here for a study date with a friend. The interior is very clean and nicely decorated. I like how they have a variety of seating options, from benches to small tables to high chairs. I had the iced chai latte after trying my friend's, and was pleasantly surprised! I don't usually like chai lattes but Minuti's was quite good.
