We are so incredibly grateful to have had Mirabel Floral Design as our florist for our wedding--everything turned out so beautiful! The floral arrangements completely blew us away and brought our vision to life perfectly. Many of our guests complimented the beautiful arrangements at our ceremony and reception! People were excited to take our bud vases home too. From the very beginning, Vivienne (the owner) was clear and helpful every step of the way. She walked us through the design process, helped us choose the right flowers, and paid attention to every little detail. She was incredibly transparent, never pressured us to add more than we needed, and always made sure we felt comfortable with our choices. A huge bonus was being able to rent candles through her as well! It made such a difference being able to take care of both florals and candles in one place, and everything came together so beautifully. I am still pinching myself and can't believe how lucky we were to have found an incredibly talented, professional, and easy to work with vendor like Vivienne! She and her team transformed our already beautiful wedding venue into an even more magical fairytale: the quality, level of detail, and accuracy that Vivienne was able to execute was truly flawless. She literally brought the designs to life with the exact shade of color and arrangement shapes. All our guests were floored and I held my breath just looking at them. The flowers truly carried their own special reason to celebrate and we love seeing all the photos that show them framing our wedding day! In terms of working together, Vivienne was so patient with me during the planning process as she gave advice across all the various components requiring decisions for the wedding. Her prices were totally reasonable and I appreciated her transparency and clear, gentle communication. GORGEOUS FLORALS! No words can describe how happy we were with our wedding florals!! They were gorgeous!! All of our guests, and even our vendors, commented on how beautiful they were! When I first met with Vivienne to discuss ideas, I had a million ideas in mind!! In just a short amount of time of talking with her, she was able to help me narrow down what I wanted! I'm giving this company & Vivienne one star, despite having high hopes for her doing my wedding florals. She had an impeccable presentation and proposal and was great communicating via email. HOWEVER, her floral run through for the wedding was despicable work (I know that's a strong word - but it's accurate). She insisted we do it at the venue vs her studio when my wedding planner requested her studio. She showed up with wilted flowers, cheap looking like from Trader Joe's, and cheap displays when we were going to spend up to 15K with her (and it's only a 100 person wedding in an intimate space). What made it worse was her response. She was defensive and passive all at the same time and could not under my and my wedding planners concerns. After going around in circles, she finally returned half the deposit (despite having done basically no work - she kept half. Letting her keep half was worth ending the ridiculous conversation. A few more details that came to light: - she doesn't have a refrigerated truck for the day of the wedding; meaning flowers will start to wilt on the way - extremely cheap, plastic displays - poor craftsmanship and cheap flowers - passive personality with no opinions of value when this is supposed to be her skill set Words of advice to her: learn how to be in client services and work through issues with clients. Don't be so money hungry and defensive. Increase quality of work - it's your name on this. Advice to potential customers: don't be swayed by a nice proposal. Go to more experienced and professional florists. She's not it. read more

Amazing florist and beautiful flowers I had a small wedding with about 100 guests and I wanted the flowers to look cozy, classy and full. I had referral from a friend to reach out to Mirabel Floral Design and check it out. After talking to Vivienne and seeing her designs, I knew she would be best to do my wedding flowers. She was very helpful in helping me choose the look and the type of flowers that would go with my dress. Her design was beautiful yet romantic and went well with my vision.
