While we did not enjoy what some of the preferred vendors our venue provided, we definitely loved and appreciated what Thy offered and provided - better yet, we were in awe with what she delivered! Thy made things incredibly easy for us from break down of costs, what our package did or did not include, an expansive knowledge of flowers according to color to suit the needs of our (gothic) theme as well as anyone else's as seen on her Instagram/ portfolio, and as a character and business owner, she is friendly, welcoming, communicative, and very accommodating. To add to her ability to accommodate, we experienced a sudden passing right before the wedding, and the funeral was to take place on the same day. Being forced to wait an additional 30 minutes was extremely frustrating given the circumstances. When I attempted to call Carlos again for an update, my calls were no longer being answered. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of apology or effort to acknowledge the inconvenience. There was no attempt at customer service or reconciliation despite the situation. I also paid $136 for the arrangement when I was initially quoted $125, which I did not mind at the time because I had previously enjoyed purchasing flowers here and had only positive experiences in the past. Today was different. The lack of communication, accountability, and empathy resulted in me arriving late to my family's service. Given the nature of the occasion, this was especially upsetting.
