Elizabeth was our server and she was AMAZING 10/10 would come back just for her keeping it real the entire time we were there. I went with my office for a work outing and we had a blast. Every drink we got was delicious, minus the Snowball Old Fashioned (the big old fashioned guy didn't like it at all). The decor is top notch, head to toe there ate christmas decorations in this place its so fun! All the drinks come in different cups, and some of the cups you can even buy to take home with you! This is one of 2 Miracle locations in KCMO, ive been to the Plaza one and I have to say this one has more character!! Miracle is the typical Christmas popup bar but done well. Over the top Christmas decorations makes this a must stop during the holiday season. Drinks all follow the Christmas theme and are served in cute drink ware. They also serve a limited appetizer menu from Rockhill Grille which all were very delicious. Service was excellent. Exactly what you'd expect for a Christmas popup. Don't come here expecting craft cocktails but is a fun time. Fyi there is a $20 charge to book each spot and doesn't get applied to bill. read more

I stopped by Miracle on Main Street during my visit to Kansas City in December 2023. It was a pop-up Christmas bar open from 4:00 pm to Midnight. There was Christmas music playing and National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation playing on the television screens along the bar. The workers are friendly and happy to take photos if you ask. My hot buttered rum served in a Santa mug was warm, strong, and rich - just what I needed on a cold winter night after having dinner. 110% not worth the money. Payed 45$ to get sat at the bar, which was not mentioned during the process of making the reservation that we made 5 days ago. The hostess tried to tell us that it was disclosed when they are "full of reservations" but it was never mentioned. We would not usually mind to sit at the bar, but we payed over 20$ for each person in the reservation which is absolutely crazy. Not worth it whatsoever. Especially when they take walk ins to sit at the bar for completely free which was half empty the entire time we stayed. Miracle is now closed for the 2019 holiday season, but still had to get my thoughts out there for when it inevitably returns to cap off 2020. Miracle is a little like the movie A Christmas Story -- fun, but a little overdone. Vibe: I like the old vintage Christmas decor, and the over-the-top lights and vibe. It could stand to have the regular house lights toned done a bit as it felt a bit sterile. Our service was not very good, but it's hard to blame an individual, they were simply understaffed. Place was packed, but energy was kinda low. Drinks: Big time swing and a miss this year. I don't know if I remembered them differently, but these were all just A-OK at best, and priced like they were top notch. I think most have said it, but if you're just going for a festive good time and not overanalyzing the drinks, you'll have a lot of fun. The ideas of these places is spot on, but it feels like maybe they've jumped the shark a bit in my opinion. Charging people nearly $20 a head just to make a reservation to pay $12 a drink? That's a naw from me dawg. More and more of these pop-ups are coming to town, such as Sippin' Santa Tiki inside Julep in midtown, and those will catch my attention more for 2020. read more

There's 3 of these pop up Christmas restaurants in the KC area. My youngest daughter who is 19 has a birthday in late December so it's always a struggle trying to keep birthday and Christmas separate. We still keep trying. When this showed up the family thought we have to go for her. First, everyone needs to know you have to have reservations. By having reservations you have to do it on line and there is also a $17.50 charge per person. What do you get for the 17.50 you might ask. NOTHING!!! ( i guess that's your entry fee) my husband says it's a cover charge. But the 17.50 doesn't apply to a drink or food. It literally just lets you walk in the door! Maybe I need to get out more, but that seems crazy!! The drinks were good, but not very much in them. I'm not a bartender but the drinks we had were barely 4 ounces and 15.00. Which is just a bit pricey in my opinion! We had tater tots they were amazing and a cheese pizza. Tater tots were amazing and were 10.00. Pizza was a Tony's pizza and was 16.00! It's definitely a place for atmosphere!! It didn't disappoint! They have the movie, "A Christmas Story" playing on several TVs. Great for Instagram and her Snapchat! I wanted to like this place, and really loved everything about it but the drinks. It looks perfectly like Christmas exploded on each part of this bar. The decorations hung from the ceiling and adorned the walls and chairs. They played all the festive Christmas hits and had classic movies like Home Alone and Elf playing on the TVs. They also have multiple large and beautifully decorated Christmas trees that would be cute for a photo-op. Truly, so many of the things about the holidays that I love all in one place! Unfortunately, I docked a star because of the drinks. I ordered the Hallmark Heater, thinking it would be similar to a spiked hot chocolate. It was so strong that I cringed with every sip and ended up only eating the cream on top. Additionally, I tried my friends' drinks of Bad Santa and Festive Fizz and could only tolerate sips of the Festive Fizz. If only, they had non-alcoholic​ drinks or just the classic spiked hot cocoa, I believe I would have liked the drinks so much more. I feel bad for giving it two stars but genuinely it didn't stick out to me. For starters there was a $17.50 cover charge per person. Our drinks were alright, two came out right away and two came 25 minutes later. They were also out of a few drinks. We ordered food which was good for what it was. Our bill for 2 drinks and two orders of food was around $70 not including tip or adding In our cover charge. It was a cute setup but overall wasn't impressed with how much it cost. Enjoyed great holiday drinks at Miracle at Rockhill Grille, a holiday pop-bar in the Crossroads. Miracle started at a NYC bar in 2014 and has spread to 80 cities, including KC. Nonstop holiday music, festive decorations, plus spirited drinks, makes for a great time. In the photo with the two mugs, we try from left to right, the Jingle Balls Nog, the Bad Santa and the Run, Run, Rudolf. Prepare to wait in line outside as they limit the number inside. We went on a Monday, a week before Xmas, and it took over 30 minutes even at 5pm. Fortunately the weather wasn't bad. Unless you're there at the 4pm opening, dress appropriately. read more

Tuesday Dec 10th 6pm was our reservations. 1 for 4 and 1 for 8. We had 12 in our group; the server was very nice and tried to make it work. As we pulled a few tables together, the so-called manager showed up and started yelling at us. I don't know where you get your managers but they need a lot of training. It's not a cheap night out ($10-$14 drinks or a handful of $6 beer options) but if you're all in on Christmas music, movies and decor - you'll love the experience! Miracle Pop-up is fun! But be prepared to wait for the festivities. We finally got the chance to visit this pop-up bar last night (a Thursday at 4PM when they opened) and the line was already down the block. Lucky for us, we wore winter coats. It took about 40 minutes to get inside, since the place is crowd-controlled with a doorman. Once you're inside, try to snag a table quickly, unless you don't mind standing. The decor is amazing! Christmas music playing, movies on all the TVs, holiday glassware and giant ornaments. Our group of 4 was able to elbow our way to an open bar table, and ordered the tater tots and smoked salmon with crostinis. Both were delicious. The only reason I docked a star (besides the wait to get in) was for the drink prices. My SIL's Jingle Balls Nog came in a tiny mug - think espresso size - and it was $14. Seeing so many KC staples come together to make such neat drinks and a wonderful atmosphere really made me proud to live here! I went twice and the first time I really didn't like my drink, but it was a stretch for me to order it so I can't blame the drink itself. Second time around was better! The best and booziest way to celebrate the holidays! My friends and I decided to come here for a quick drink after we got out of work. Walking inside, we were awed by the beautiful lights, holiday decorations, and holiday movies playing around the floor. We were quickly greeted and chose a spot next to the windows and piano. While there are Miracle Pop-ups and a standard drink menu all over the country, there still is a personalized KC drinks menu featuring J. Reiger Whiskey Co. liquor! I opted for the Jingle Balls Nog which had cognac, pedro ximenz sherry, brown butter, cinnamon, cheery, vanilla, almond milk, cream, sugar, egg, and nutmeg! It tasted exactly like eggnog but with subtle flavors of cognac and sherry. I was throughly pleased with my drink, but I just wish it was bigger! While it is a bit more expensive than other places in the area, I definitely think the Miracle Pop-Up is worth a visit based on the atmosphere and the drinks! read more

We decided to try Miracle for a friend's birthday celebration. The staff was super accommodating and got us a private room in the beautiful space. Walking into the pop-up is like walking into a snow globe-it's perfect! Tons of twinkling lights, beautiful decorations, and your favorite Christmas tunes serenading you. They really nailed the aesthetics! The drinks are good, nothing too extraordinary that you wouldn't find at another upscale bar. They are pretty, but I found the drinks to be a little expensive. They were all $13 for cocktails and it would've been nice to have some cheaper options. The food was really good too and pretty fairly priced I would say. It's going to get longer as Christmas gets closer, so wear a coat and be prepared to stand outside for a bit. Once you're inside, it's a very festive, lively atmosphere. Since they are controlling the number of people, it doesn't feel too crowded, but large groups are visiting and it may be difficult to score a seat. We waited about ten minutes for a drink but the drink menu is the best part of the experience. Local mixologists have put together a drink menu full of cold drinks, hot drinks, sweet drinks and unique drinks, all with fun holiday names in fun holiday glassware. Which should be a no star! We drive 45 minutes to check out your location to find out it was rented for a private event (which you advertised no reservations)! This was our annual friends night out, and we decided to check this place out to find out their advertising was extremely deceptive! And when we asked the security person, Angelo, to get his supervisor, he refused! Angelo also stated that the owners wouldn't even care if they got a bad review! Miracle at Rockhill is an awesome and fun concept!! My boyfriend and I met on Bumble and enjoy finding fun new places around Kansas City to try for date nights. We had heard great things about this new pop up Christmas bar and decided to give it a try on a Monday night (hoping it would be less busy). The line was SUPER long and it took us about 45 minutes to get in. Although it was worth the wait. They don't let a ton of people in at once making it not overly crowded which is nice. The Christmas decorations ALL over every inch of the bar were awesome as well making it really cool for photos!! The cocktails were a little pricey $12 - $14 a piece for a small glass, and for an additional $10-$15 (depending on the cup) you could buy the mug/cup that it came in.
