Follow-up to my post above. Miracle Autosport completed the install of two new turbos after having vehicle for THREE MONTHS, I paid $8000 on 7/25. Guess what?. Vehicle is DEAD again and in limp mode. Not drive able!!!!. Spoke with 'Steve' who would not let me speak with Eric Neuman. Told him we want to sell the vehicle back to them, he said he would call me back IF they were interested in buying the vehicle back. No call. No response. Hands down top 3 best dealers I've been to. The owner and sales man who assisted me was Eric. I was interested in their 2013 Maserati Granturismo, unfortunately I was out of state, so I had my parents check out the car on my behalf. They were treated with real professionalism and care even if they were just visiting. After hearing such positive feed backs from my parents, I drove up to NJ that night, took about 5hrs just to check out the Maserati and meet Eric and his team. When I got there, I was treated very warmly, definitely sensed he was an honest salesman who is down right real with you. He's the kind of guy that focuses on transparency and gives you honest feed backs on what's worth it or not regardless of sales, which I think is an amazing trait you rarely see with car salesmen who are just hungry for their next sale. The 2013 MC wasn't in as good condition inside and Eric agreed even if it's a rare car,but he let me test drive their 2012 Granturismo sport they got few days ago and wasn't even listed yet. That car for the mileage and age was in pristine condition, you could've fooled me and said it was 2018 or 2019 and I would've bought it because it was that clean inside. Eric was also generous enough to give us the car for a really good deal. Agreements and paper work flew by and next thing I know, I was driving back to VA with my dream car. In lieu of bringing down the price lower than he wanted, I agreed to come back to his establishment for my services and future body work which we briefly discussed. Good guy, honest and hard working salesman. His success is a true testament to his dedication to what he loves. I came from out of state to buy the car i was told that it was in pristine condition, nothing wrong with it the owner Eric himself told me his the only one who drove it. Visually car looked good but as i drove the car back home and the problems started. 1. The title took 30 days to arrive very shady process it was alot of e-mailing back and forth never a call! I asked for my money back several times and was told that no worries it will be there in 2 weeks! 2. AC unit on car didn't work so i was told it went through a 150 point inspection lies. 3. Car had not had an oil change. 4. Tire pressure light failed found out its a bad sensor. 5. Car won't pass inspection on my state found out that car had been tuned and the OBDII was changed to a new aggressive tune causing the vehicle to fail and reset the computer everytime. 6. Lights on vehicle started to flicker found some very bad tape wiring had to get that fixed I'm awaiting currently for the next problem i know it will surge. 7. No alignment it was my fault for not being able to test drive the car first as i lived 6hrs away worst 12hr drive. I bought a $30000 piece of weight, ended up costing me more money to fix what the dealer should have done, The owner stopped replying to my e-mails i got stuck with lie buyer beware of this place! read more

Bought a beautiful car from this place. The experience is where things went bad. I was sold GAP insurance that was never purchased by them for me thus they stole $400 from me. I called numerous times and no one would return my call nor resolve the issue. We now know why "used car dealerships" have such a bad rep. I can blame myself for trusting the salesman, Cody and the alleged owner, Eric Neumann. I bought a car over the internet from them. Pictures are hardly an accurate description but in this case every effort was made to conceal obvious damage with horrendous paintwork. I asked if there were any surprises, things that don't show up as well as asking Cody to drive the car for a few miles and get back to me. Car runs fantastic, no issues, really great condition. Either he's never driven or he is, as well as the owners, flat out liars. The paintwork issue was obvious but not disclosed, it was obvious the engine wasn't running correctly, and there were issues with the suspension that they had to have known about. Then comes the shipping. They were given instructions in writing where to ship the car and all paperwork. Neither made it to the correct address. I've bought probably over 100 cars in my life, many over the internet just like this, but the dishonesty, deception and incompetence with these guys takes the grand prize. Bought a Maserati from them barely got it home,leaking tire they"replaced for me" didn't put the TPMS in it which is illegal not only that it DID NOT pass PA inspection when I got it home 3 grand to get it to pass and not only that but I'm pretty sure the car was wrecked and practically glued together didn't notice all these things until I got it home because "Eric" insisted on starting the car every time I saw it with just enough time for the warning lights to go off then he'd let me drive HORRIBLE they're scammers and thieves put them out of business. read more

Wish I had seen these other reviews before I sent them my money. So many things wrong with the car not enough room here to list them all. Excuse was that I should have seen all the things in the photos, not take it for granted that they were reputable. Like you could see the tires were different; suv's should have all the same tires. Said there was a picture of the key, ok maybe, but the key was so warped it wouldn't close, how do you see that in a picture, and it was the only one. Engine lights on, I should have seen that in the picture. I got fooled because I saw the car on ebay first, and thought they must be honest. I bought a great car on ebay previously. I have purchased several Land Rovers from this shop and they are extremely knowledgeable about each of the vehicles and offer on the spot service. The GM Steve C. is very nice and always returns my calls and has all the details on the repair. Eric the owner is a big car guy and knows everything about each of the cars! Miracle Autosport promised a very clean and solid Land Rover Discovery II and that they would make sure I was pleased with the transaction. The vehicle had significant water damage that was not disclosed in the ad. The brake system is rusted very badly, needs to be replaced immediately, and was not disclosed in the ad. The Land Rover left me on the side of the road four times within the first 45 days in less than 100 miles. Eric says this is all to be expected with a 17-year-old vehicle. They have not rectified the situation and I am not pleased with the transaction. Not an honorable operation from my experience. read more

High End Junk! I bought a Range Rover from Miracle Autosport last year and the engine light came on before I even got it home. I also noticed that they never even fixed the problem that I brought to their attention after I test drove it. I took it to a land Rover dealer to get it checked out and they showed me a list of problems that will cost THOUSANDS of dollar$ to fix . I bought a vehicle from this company back when it was vision custom cars and stereo in 2014, when i pulled off the lot the check engine light came on, 5 days later the damn thing shut off on the highway I took it back telling them i didnt want it they flipped over the contract to show me fine print "no cooling off period" meaning as soon as they got my signature there was nothing i could do. So i called the bank who financed it "Erics friends" and told them i did not want it and when they stopped the processing of the check immediately and said they will not sell a vehicle unsafe to operate. He was livid with me and said he refinanced it through himself, boy what a dumby I believed him paid him $14k in payments for a $6.5k car. I told him to give me my trade back he said he sold it. I asked how when i havent even given you the title yet because its still in transit via postal service , Steve says we can sell it to an auction with a salvage title . He even sent out a repo for the car saying he never got the title for my trade (lies) because he knew if i found out that it wasn't financed at all i wouldn't have to give him another cent. When i got the car back it was entirely cleaned out as if it was being sold or sent upstate to a cop shop they only had it 30 hours, he was going to sell it, and then knew i would have to total it out with insurance and he wouldve gotten paid again as the lean holder. (That same day I was there picking up the car from the falsified repo I found my trade pulling out of the detail garage with stickers being installed on the winshield.) Because i wouldn't have known where it was . I was outside the night they came to get it so i watched the guys lift it up on a regular tow truck i told him 1 not only s it a SUV with 4x4 but when in 2x4 its rear wheel drive they were about to rip out my whole drive train i gave them the keys and told them to drive it because they said they didn't know it had to be a flatbed, little did i know they were in on the whole insurance fraud scam. What type truck driver doesn't know to bring a flat bed to tow a SUV. (More lies) There is alot more in the mix but that's some of it. The day i took it back and they told me I couldn't return it. i did research to find the F grading with the BBB when i started writing all my reviews then he changed his name to Miracle Auto sports. The name around my Temp tag said Vision custom car and stereo, then when my tags came in the banner around my authentic plates said miracle auto sports. i was telling everyone even ppl walking the lot browsing when i went to make payments. Negative star, if I can. Bought a car from the dealer, who claimed 'The car really didn't need anything in the way of maintenance when we got it, we just did a service and detailed it for pictures.' But the car turned out to have had severe damages and attempted repairs. The dealer also sold me a warranty and then the warranty was said to be void. The dealer hasn't returned my warranty payment after more than half a year. I did some research on internet and found out that the company had another name - Vision and Custom Car. I would have to agree with the other reviews. There should be a spot for negative stars. I purchased a car, at the time of purchase it was beautiful but was a polished piece of junk. They buy their cars at auctions and detail them, they can careless how it functions. They rig it to appear top quality until you drive it off the lot and BOOM it begins to fall apart. Their customer service is in the dumps, lack of empathy and lack of respect for their customers. Once you give them what they want they can careless about you. $$$ is all they see and how can they get over on you. I can't speak for the other reviewers, but I purchased a 2008 BMW about 3 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. There was no pressure on the sale, I test drove the car for about 20 minutes and I ended up working with Eric on a price I thought was reasonable. Drove the car home which was about 300 miles away. They sold me a ford f450 that was on consignment from chev21 in PA. I later lost the truck to repo because of all the problems. I spent over 14000 on repairs in 6 months. Even had ford dealer replace the motor then 701 miles later the truck went into 4 wheel drive at 70 mph. I later learned the truck was once at salvagebid.com before it was sold to chev21 . it took them over 3 months to produce a title so I could get the vehicle registered in Florida. Bought a 2006 Dodge Ram truck from these people. They are very dishonest. Spent 17000 on the truck. Drove it to Federal Way Washington. Truck had zero brakes, and fuel tank almost fell off the truck. I could have been killed. Correspondance to make this right, was zero. Absoultly no communication. The owner, Eric, will not reply to phone calls or email. I spent over 2900 in repairs. My rating is zero +++++++ 2/11/2016 I purchased a 2003 911 Turbo from these dirtbags. The ad said perfect condition all we neeeed to do was clean it up. I drove 11 hours to see the car. I got there and a few things off the bat it had 1000 more miles on it than advertised. I did test drive the car all seemed great. I bought the car for way over its value ( MY BAD) I towed the car home I took it on a drive and not long after I stated off I got warming lights. the next day I notice coolant on the floor. I took it to my local Porsche dealer and a few hours later they call e and tell me the front radiator is shot 1900 to replace parts and labor the oil sending unit is bad 690.00 the two front tires are old 350.00 Oil and plug change cuz now I know this car lot is a crook 1200.00 a 4500 dollar bill on a car that states in the ad is in perfect running condition with no issues. Their mechanic is a dumbass he can wipe the car down and that's as far as his experience goes. I think his name is Eric. The guy who sold me the car also Eric. He is a crook these guys are crooks and I will be going to the Atty. generals office as well. Now I know this is my fault for not getting a PPI. However these guys know these cars are on the verge of major repair and lying about it to sell them at a premium price. I would have still bought the car knowing the issues however it would have been at 8 k less than I gave for it and they knew this. DO NOT buy the junk they sell as premium auto. read more
