I was very hesitant to use this dealership for service due to some of the reviews that really in hindsight were old. I brought my 2016 RAM 1500 4x4 Limited in for air suspension service. Brandy was the service writer and knew her stuff when it came to the detailed questions I asked of her. they found the nitrogen leak and told me up front the cost of repair which was a lot. they then gave me several options of how to proceed, one of which was not the least expensive but required removing the old system and replacing it with new premium shocks all the way around. picked up the truck today and am very pleased with the ride and cost. a shout out also to the drivers who gave me a ride home. Do not go to this dealership, unless you want to be talked down to and made to feel less than. Scheduled a test drive today on a truck we saw on Carfax. Truck was listed at 67,000. The salesperson was very nice and helpful, this review had nothing to do with her, it was the sales manager. He came in with an out the door price of 83,000. The price was not what we wanted, but this review has more to do with his attitude. He was very condescending and acted like we were idiots who didn't know they charge sales tax. When we mentioned the internet price, he said"None of those are accurate, I bet you did this , laid on your bed scrolling your phone looking for a truck, thinking you'd get it for that price." So why do you even have an internet price,if you're going to go in and the price is almost 20,000 more. He said " All dealers do that online. " I held my tongue because I didn't want to blow up, but boy did I want to. I left there feeling like I had been bullied and talked down on. Little did he know, I could have paid cash for the truck,if I had wanted to. But I wouldn't dare give a company my business, that allows their employees to treat people that way. Had a great experience working with Chad Rivas ordering my 23' JL. Chad was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. I was buying out of state and was very skeptical about the whole process but Chad provided updates along the way and handled the pickup of the Jeep to get shipped to me with ease. They tried to slide in a $900 coating but he quickly removed it when I asked about. The only hiccup I had was with the finance manager not being clear on the price of the extended warranty. He said it was $20 and I asked if that was upfront, as in a one time payment. They said yes and I later realized they were going off the monthly payment, $20 more per month, instead of the actual price. I probably should have known better but when I asked about if that was upfront, I know he full well understood what I meant. This caused me to have to wait longer for updated documents. However, I don't know that that's enough to cause me to not recommend this dealer. I'd say give Miracle a shot. I'd consider using them again for a future order. read more

I bought my used vehicle from them approximately eight months ago. It came with a road hazard plan that I paid for in the loan for my tires. I was getting my oil changes there regularly because it was part of the lifetime powertrain warranty. I also bought car shield for my jeep. On an oil change visit, I told them I was having problems with the push to start and remote start, but I had car shield. The service rep told me that they don't like to work with car shield, but they would take it. I showed up for my appointment and they said well he was wrong. We're not going to accept car shield. And then they had to give me a jumpstart even to get me to leave. The dealership is 45 minutes away from me so an hour and a half wasted with a sorry, but he was wrong as an answer. Went to another shop and I needed a new battery which they should've been able to diagnose when they did my oil change cause they're supposed to be doing an inspection that includes checking the voltage on the battery. I sent a message to them about how unsatisfied was with my experience, and received an email from who I assume is the general manager asking for a time to talk. I sent a message to the general manager telling him everything going on and got no response. I had a nail in my tire and tried to contact them twice to find out who to call to get my tire fixed, and you guessed it, no response. this all happened within six months of buying the vehicle. You're out of 10 would not recommend. You would think taking over a business you would want to do everything you can to be the best. Not so! read more

I have no choice but to write a review of Miracle Dodge Chrysler, Plymouth, and Jeep of Gallatin. Recently, my right rear door window on my 2006 Jeep Liberty stopped functioning. It was stuck in the down position. I went to this dealership to diagnose the problem. They informed me that there would be a $209 fee just to check the car. I reluctantly left my vehicle for them to check and received a call later that afternoon. They determined that my window wouldn't go up or down and that the mechanism inside, called a regulator, was broken and needed to be replaced. The part would cost $675, and with labor, the total bill would be approximately $1,150. I asked if they could just put the window up and wedge it in place, but they said that would cost three hours of labor at $209 per hour. I found this price to be ridiculous, so I decided to pay the diagnostic fee and leave. I asked around and had a friend order the part on Amazon for $52. My friend replaced the regulator in one hour and ten minutes, and the window works fine now. I'm extremely happy, but I think Miracle's price was unfair and took advantage of the public. I recommend that no one takes their vehicle to that dealership for service. I have changed my opinion of this dealership. An Update on My Experience. Following my review of Gallatin Chrysler Dodge, and Jeep dealership, the service manager contacted me to discuss my experience. He emphasized the importance of customer satisfaction and agreed to look into my concerns further. He later informed me that a full refund for the diagnostic charges had been credited to my account. He attributed this resolution to the dealership's new management, highlighting their focus on addressing customer concerns. I was impressed by their efforts to resolve my issues. I hope no one expects to get any sort of customer service from miracle Jeep! I have had my Jeep in the shop 3 times for the same issue. However the 4x4 is not working properly due to them putting my inner axle seal In backwards on the passenger side front. Then to top that off the previous time they did the inner axle seal they over tightened my lugs and broke them.. I had to buy all New lugs, a new center cap which they didn't put in.. and they told me they would pay me back for and the manager still hasn't contacted me. I have called 2 times a week to get my Jeep in and to talk to a manager. No one calls you back! They don't care that they have messed up stuff on my Jeep and don't care to call me back so it can be fixed! Can a manager please call me and get this situation fixed! read more

Long note on my auto repair experience. Back in November I started my truck and the exhaust made a loud rattling sound. It continued for a few days and I took it in to Miracle Dodge. They told me a bolt had come loose in the manifold and I needed another. It was under warranty so no big deal. They fixed it and I picked it up. When I did it still sounded real loud. I thought maybe it was just me not remembering it was loud. I had to go out of town and took the truck. I pulled up to my destination and my brother in law who is a Honda mechanic immediately said I got an exhaust problem. So when I got back in town I went back to Miracle. Now they said it was the exhaust pipe. It was going to cost 1900 and not under warranty. They had to order the parts. They came in last week but I set the appointment for today. Last night I started feeling uneasy about it and did some Google investigation. It said that should cost between 600-800. I woke up this morning and called around my to some places and they all were around 600-800. I then called my buddy who owns Firestone and asked if they would look at it. He said they didn't do mufflers but he referred me to 4 Way Muffler in Gallatin. I cancelled my appointment with Miracle and took it up to 4 Way Muffler not telling them anything other than the noise. Called me back before I got home. Already had found the problem...10 minutes...said the pipe was fine there was a bad gasket. Was going to cost 200. Went back up a couple hours later and it was actually 100. Truck sounds perfect. So Miracle was going to charge me 1900 to replace a pipe that didnt need replacing and I got it fixed for 100. Not to mention they replaced a manifold that probably didn't need replacing. read more

2015 Dodge Challenger * I had a TERRIBLE experience: I was lied to multiple times, and was deceptively sold a vehicle, and a worthless warranty ! Anyone posting here with a bad experience, I 100% know you are not lying. I still cannot wrap my head around what happened to me. Some car dealerships have a reputation of being dishonest, but how this dealership gets away with it so many times and for so long, is beyond my comprehension! I spent a good part of my summer looking for a Scat Pack Challenger, manual shift six speed, Redline Red. I finally found one at Miracle Dodge and was very happy and excited about my purchase. I had worked and saved for several years and was treating myself for my sacrifices. Well, I ended up being sacrificed instead! The check engine light came on 2 days after my purchase. Five plus visits to the service department, and no way to get tags, I could not pass emissions testing! I only ended up putting around 5000 or so miles on the car. Check engine light issue never was resolved. In addition to check engine light, my headlights would randomly shut completely off while I was driving at night. Not very SAFE! But, not to worry, right? I had purchased a warranty, around an additional $3000. But, service department told me the headlights were not covered! Why, I asked? At first they asked me if I installed after market headlights. I said no, why would I, I have a warranty. The headlights being after market at one point was the reason they would not cover them. I had called the warranty company in the meantime, and they told me, that they WOULD be covered. I was also told that the reason they were faulty, was the fact that there was a bare wire connecting them. I was never shown the wire, and that simple repair if that was the case, was never offered. So here is the situation. I have a car I can not get tagged, and a very DANGEROUS vehicle at that, headlights shutting off randomly on a dark road at night. If the issue was just a bare wire, could a simple courtesy repair maybe be considered? I have over $40K in the vehicle, plus was talked into buying an extra warranty, and have brought it into service 5 plus times. Nope, I was sent on my merry way to deal with it. When the check engine light came on shortly after purchase, when I went back to the dealership and called, the salesman that sold me the vehicle acted like he didn't know who I was! Weird, but made more sense over time. One evening I stopped in to speak with the Sales Manager, as I could not get anyone to return my calls. During the conversation with the Sales Manager about the check engine light and headlight issue, he says, not an exact quote here, what, I am just supposed to fix any issue that comes up a year later after you bought the car? And besides, those are 3rd party headlights. Well, in this case, yes! I had purchased a WARRANTY that covered the headlights! - verified by warranty company, but Miracle Dodge refused to resolve potentially deadly issue. The evening after I spoke with the Sales Manager, I went to service and requested a copy of my full service history. What I found in the service history, was very, very, interesting! First of all, the vehicle I had purchased, was purchased previously from Miracle Dodge, and after a short time of a few weeks, the vehicle was returned, due to, you guessed it! Check Engine light issues! So, there was prior knowledge of the check engine light issue when I purchased the vehicle! Is that not in any form a deceptive and fraudulent sale to me? Vehicle was also certified pre-owned. And now for the headlight issue. Service records show that the headlights were replaced by the service department just before I purchased the vehicle! THEY replaced the headlights! Is that not a form of deceptive and fraudulent practice, telling me they could not resolve the issue, as the headlights were 3rd party, and not covered by my $3000 Warranty! Remember also, they asked ME if I had replaced the headlights! I was stuck with a vehicle that would not pass emissions, by the way, they would have NEVER resolved the engine light issue. That light would have kept coming back on, due to the fact that my car had a prior Mid-Muffler Delete performed! I found that out later in my experience when someone else brought that to my attention. It gets better everyone, I have PROOF of what I am talking about here. Purchase a 2016 dodge ram 2500. Was delivered dirty, and no fuel. Was told brakes were done, and they were under the backseat no safety inspection was done. Transmission shifting hard call and was told it was normal due to being a big truck. Hooked a scanner up five codes came up was told it was normal don't worry about it. Transmission went out two days later. try to get me to pay almost $10,000 for a new transmission, when I refused and said I was giving the truck back, they said they would take care of it. Brought it to another dealership due to banging sound when I turn and all ball joints, tie rods, sway, bar links, and rear differential needs repair. I was Sold a premium plus warranty, which I try to use but found out it was voided due to the truck being sold to me with a lift. They also sold me the truck with all the emissions deleted off so that voided the second part of the warranty. They sold me a warranty I could not use. I have tried to communicate, and I have been met with unreturned phone calls and being flat out ignored. Now I filed a complaint with the motor vehicle commission and retained a lawyer. read more

OVERCHARGED $2-3k!! I'm NOT the only one!!!! It could happen to you! Needed a coolant sensor fixed, a center console handle part and just a "perform service assessment". Quote was $3800 which seemed horribly high. So I asked "how much for the console". That was going to be $550 for 2 hours of planned labor at a Diesel Mechanic Rate (for a handle...really?!). Then I was told "but we use OEM parts". Well, I ordered that OEM part on Amazon for $19 (while on hold with Dodge)....3 screws and 30 seconds later (literally) I fixed my $550 broken console. I realized I could not trust the dealer at this point AT ALL. A trusted Local Diesel Mechanic UP THE STREET did an independent assessment. For $800 I got everything fixed and confirmed with an inspection camera that the $1k+ EGR service Dodge recommended was not even close to necessary. I saved $3k by doing my due diligence. To take my truck back from Dodge I paid nearly $300 for the "assessment fee" at Miracle Dodge. This was almost HALF of what I paid for a full assessment and FIX up the street with a qualified Diesel Mechanic. I'm NEVER going back here. And sadly I was going to sell and go big on a new RAM there...not now. I should have listened to the YELP reviews. Absolutely only go here for paid for warranty work!!! This is your final warning!!! This place is insulting enough that I feel compelled to share my experience. They've been pursuing a Mustang I own for some time. They promised between $21,000 and $33,000 on a trade. Today I went to accept their persistent offer. They offered me $3,500. After three hours of time wasted, they offered $12,000. Here's where I feel manipulated by Miracle. They began negotiations with the intent to immediately burn me for $8,500 in value, never mind the fact that $12,000 itself was an insulting answer. These people are doing fraud by any means to get you in the door. The second part of my abysmal experience here was that they listed a Bronco on their own website for $20,800. Today they told me it's $37,000. When this model was brand new, it sold for $31,000. These people are definitely robbing the community of tens of thousands of dollars at a time. SCAM ALERT! I brought my car in to get looked at after it had issues maintaining power. The dealership said it needed an entirely new Throttlebody. I thought it was strange that they did not offer the option to clean it first. THEY QUOTED ME $1,100! They said it would not be covered under my warranty. I asked for my car back and they CHARGED ME $150 FOR THE QUOTE! Knowing that throttle bodies can general be cleaned out vs replaced I took it to a local mom and pop shop called B&E. B&E state's it WAS NOT THE TROTTLEBODY! It was in fact just a sensor from the gas peddle. And it WAS covered under the warranty that a Jeep dealership sold me. I LEFT THE MOM AND POP B&E SHOP HAVING PAID only $118 I literally paid less for the entire fix than I did for the quote to fix it at this dealership. IT IS A SCAM! It's not often that you have a great experience buying a used car, especially in the current market. From the moment I stepped foot in the dealership, I was greeted by several employees and even the owner. They listened to my concerns, understood my needs and at no point at all did I feel any pressure or sleepy tactics. Incredibly refreshing after previous experiences. I worked with Braden, who was kind and funny, and equally responsive. It was an hour away from my home, and they were incredibly accommodating, even dropped the car off to me so that I could have it checked out, and when I was ready to buy sent a courtier to have me sign papers..minimal inconvenience. They truly care for their customers. I experienced the same things when a small repair had to be done.. they took care of the expense - and I didn't even have to drive out to the dealership. I unfortunately have to give them a star because I can't figure out how to give them ZERO! I don't even know where to begin with our experience with this dealership. My wife had just lost her dream car thanks to a negligent driver who totaled it. We were in the market to replace it and had to quickly because of a trip coming up around the corner. Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep (MCDJ) was more than willing to sell us a massive lemon. Unfortunately lemon laws don't cover used vehicles in the great state of TN. Upon taking the vehicle home, it was obvious that it had been in an accident. The right passenger door was misaligned, the glove box was off the track... and that is on top of the transmission needing to be replaced. You heard right ladies and gentlemen... they sold a vehicle that the transmission was so bad it had to be replaced completely. To their credit they did replace the transmission... in 3 months. They had the vehicle in their possession for over a week before it was even looked at. There were no floor mats on delivery, the front plate holder was missing, the rear seat heaters didn't work, one of the third row back seats was off its track. They still deny the vehicle was in an accident and the climate control vents do not change location... they only use the dash vents. I am not saying that I have no responsibility here. I take full responsibility for having any faith in a dealership to be willing in good conscience to sell a vehicle in this state. Unfortunately, I could NEVER refer this company to anyone looking to buy a car. I bought at 2002 Dodge Durango and in the first week I had to bring it in because the EVAC system was leaking. They fixed it (it's not an expensive repair but i appreciated it). Less than two weeks letter my engine began to overheat -- keep in mind I had driven the vehicle about 100 miles since owning. I brought it in and was informed BOTH head gaskets were blown, and the repair would cost approximately $4,000. I was extremely discouraged and was told they would only being willing to cover half ($2000). I tried for a week straight to get ahold of their owner Tim Galvin with no success and finally got to talk to the sales manager. I called 6 mechanics in Nashville and was assured that there was a 99.99% chance this was an issue prior to buying the vehicle. I explained this to him and he told me they "couldn't be sure" it was an issue prior to me buying it and wouldn't address the fact that there is about a 0% chance I caused the damage. Unfortunately, they probably missed it (or hid it) prior to putting it on their lot. After agreeing to pay (as I had no other option) the vehicle took 3 weeks to fix and out of the first 40 days I owned the car it was in the shop for 25 of those days. The most discouraging part of this experience is upon further research there are COUNTLESS others who have bought from this car dealership and experienced the same issues. In their mission statement they say : "Unlike many of our competitors, Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a family-owned business with values based on trust and honesty.
