    Had a great experience working with Chad Rivas ordering my 23' JL. Chad was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. I was buying out of state and was very skeptical about the whole process but Chad provided updates along the way and handled the pickup of the Jeep to get shipped to me with ease. They tried to slide in a $900 coating but he quickly removed it when I asked about. The only hiccup I had was with the finance manager not being clear on the price of the extended warranty. He said it was $20 and I asked if that was upfront, as in a one time payment. They said yes and I later realized they were going off the monthly payment, $20 more per month, instead of the actual price. I probably should have known better but when I asked about if that was upfront, I know he full well understood what I meant. This caused me to have to wait longer for updated documents. However, I don't know that that's enough to cause me to not recommend this dealer. I'd say give Miracle a shot. I'd consider using them again for a future order.

Since I bought my RAV4, now called Nirvash, I've regularly gone to Toyota of Gallatin for service and upkeep. Apart from changing tires, I trust them with everything else I can't handle myself--like replacing wiper blades or the air filters. Over the years, I've heard some not-so-great stories about dealerships taking advantage of customers, but luckily, Toyota of Gallatin has always been honest and fair with me. Every visit, they make sure I have all the info I need to take good care of my vehicle. They even do this when there's an opportunity to make extra money from services I ask about but don't actually need. For instance, about a year ago, I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked them to replace both the cabin and engine air filters. It turned out the cabin filter needed replacing, but the engine filter was still in great shape. They asked if I really wanted the engine filter replaced, showing it to me to confirm it was fine. That saved me around $50-70 that they could have charged me for that day. Earlier this week, I visited for fuel treatment and brake service. They completed the overdue fuel and engine cleaning treatment, but upon inspection, they found my brake pads still had plenty of life. They told me I was good to go, which saved over $600 in parts, labor, and taxes that could have added up. I asked for the service anyway, and they could have done it for extra profit but chose to be honest and fair about what was really needed. I've heard a lot of stories about certain dealerships just trying to rack up big bills by recommending unnecessary repairs. But so far, Toyota of Gallatin has been different. Their honesty and fairness have earned my trust and loyalty.

After my wife's c-section, we were on the hunt for a vehicle that wouldn't leave her screaming every time we went over a bump in the road like my (then) truck (2019 RAM 1500 Crew Cab 4x4). After a few test drives with Jenna, we were set on a used (but incredible condition) 2019 Lincoln Navigator Reserve 4x4. Though it was just shy of 95k miles, it was priced to move (which allowed us to afford an extended warranty for peace of mind), and yet it was an nearly immaculate interior, and an exterior that - despite being driven around Canada for much of its life - was well maintained and fairly rust-free. There were a few things we had to bring the vehicle back for, but these were known at the time of sale and were part of the WE OWE of the sale. The service advisor we had (Kendra) was very good to help us take care of any and all recalls/customer satisfaction service bulletins, and the rentals they provided (covered by the recalls) were always great vehicles - not clown cars! A special thanks to Joe, who despite being part of upper management, was extremely personable, approachable, and very quick to address the one struggle we had sourcing a spare tire; and Nathaniel in sales, who always greeted us every time we came in, actually remembering who we are and having us feel like we were part of a new family. Every time I have waited on my vehicle for an oil change and I walked up front. It seems like the sales team is more focused on checking sports news or talking with each other. It shows as the lot is the exact same each time I come back. Don't even need to walk outside to see if something is new. I was interested in possibly trading in my truck for something new. Immediately, the sales guy didn't seem interested in talking with me. Pointed me in the direction towards the truck. I asked to see the trucks and it seemed like a hassle. I mentioned a few different vehicles that I was interested in but only wanted to push me towards a truck. I waited on my offer for my trade in and it was one of most insulting offers in my life. I told the sales guy that I would take it to a different dealer and he rudely asked me to repeat myself. Then walked off and didn't even try to fight for a second offer. No wonder they can't sale sell anything on this lot. I wouldn't waste your time buying anything.

I was proud of my truck, but it had seen better days after being on the road and helping me lug my music equipment etc. I've had good rental car experiences with Nissan brand cars, so I wanted to give the Gallatin Nissan dealership a try. Was in the market for a lightly used car or truck anywhere between 2020 to 2024. With the help of the friendly sales associate Ray, I settled for a 2024 Nissan frontier pick up double cab. She only had a little over 19,000 miles on her and still in good shape. When I traded in my old car, I was able to get the final price to just $5000 over the original cost of my Toyota Tacoma back in 2013. Grateful to have found a truck, with the help of Ray of course. He was nice, personable, and never once pressured me into a sale. Two or three weeks later (yesterday afternoon - I'm writing this at midnight Central because I'm a night owl), I purchased stay flatbed cover for my Nissan frontier. I had managed to assemble it on my own at around 85% completion, but the instructions it came with weren't entirely clear towards the end. I contacted Ray at the dealership in hopes that he knew somebody at the shop who could help me assemble it more professionally. With the help of his associates, Matt and Mitch, and a little bit of my own elbow grease, the three of them were able to help me save probably hundreds of dollars and helped me point out some minor mistakes I made in the assembly process. I'm not going to throw any other companies under the bus, but someone wanted to charge me four to $500 for their services. Ray and his friends helped me keep those numbers remaining in my bank accounts. The point of the story is that, if you are new to the middle Tennessee area and are looking to upgrade, but not looking for an actual new car, reach out to Ray at Nissan Gallatin, Tennessee.
