Cultured marble bathroom countertop with sink of same material was refinished with a stone finish. Everyone had told us that we would have to replace the entire top. This would have also required us to buy a sink. We called a local business and got the price of their highest priced laminate. Then we called Miracle Method. They were able to refinish the badly stained sink as well as the countertop all with the same finish. All we had to do was have the fixtures removed. We saved money even though we had to hire a plumber to remove and then install fixtures. Project was completed in 2 days. Refinisher protected painted surfaces and caused no damage. Showroom has a large variety of completed projects as well as samples of finishes. Even though we lived about 50 miles away, it was well worth the trip and was our deciding factor in choosing this business. Make sure you google Miracle Method of Milwaukee as each franchise is independently owned. I got some negative reviews in other areas of the country. I do not recommend this product if you actually want to put water in your bath tub or shower again. It peeled in the first few months, and repeatedly peeled in various spots in the tub and on the wall. They refused to refund all of my money and wanted to start charging trip charges to repair it. This product and the company are a total ripoff. The product does not do what they say it does and in no way will last 15 years. Mine didn't last 3 months. read more

I would first like to say that I am happy the way that the walk in for the tub looks. It's nice and I am able to get into the tub much more easily. That being said, I am also disappointed that the grab bar is NOT secure enough for one to use as it actually is a little loose and has not been secured to a 2 x 4. Just a small screw holding it up. As a disabled person who needs to hold onto something, I hesitate to use this grab bar in fear of falling. I have now hired someone to come in and put a couple more grab bars in for me and have it done the correct way so I won't worry about falling. When I asked for more than one, I was told it couldn't be done which I am now glad it wasn't. One bad one is enough. The installer was very pleasant while working. He did a great job with the vacuuming but it would have been nice if he wiped down all the dust that was on the doors. The cleaning chemical that was used has taken off all the finish that was on the drain in the tub. I did mention it to the worker who said it was that way when he came - it was not brown in color. I should know when I use my tub all the time. So, if one gets an install with this company, make sure your grab bar is secure and make it a point to see what your tub drain looks like before they put all the cleaning chemicals one. read more

Our home was built in the mid 1950s and still had the original countertops and kitchen sink. They were in pretty good shape just needed to be updated and refinished. They turned out BEAUTIFUL! Very happy with them. read more

I have called on "Miracle Method Surface Refinishing" to refinish my Corian kitchen countertops and I was surprised of the quality work and precision they do. The sales Manager (Jim) came to tell us about the work and asked us to pick the color of the desired countertop; Jim was very professional and friendly. The technician (Seth) came as scheduled on time, prepared the kitchen countertop for the work, then completed his work as promised; he came back the next day to finalize the new countertop finish as scheduled. Seth was very friendly and professional; answered all the questions my wife and I had to our satisfaction. The results were amazing as if I had replaced my countertop but with quarter of the cost. I had Miracle Method refinish my bathtub, tile around the tub, vanity top and sink. The Buracs were all very helpful and efficient. Adam came to give me an estimate and carefully reviewed the entire process. He made sure I understood what would be done and was very clear about the limitations of the refinishing process. My sink was in pretty good condition and he said he didn't feel that I had to have it done. Told me that the sink would most visibly show any imperfections since it is right under the light. I ultimately decided to have it done. I'm glad I did since it is now white and shiny. I do see some flaws, but I'm probably the only one who will really notice them. Prior to having the work done, I made an appointment to see my color choices. Evelyn was very nice and spent a long time with me while I debated my choices. She sent samples home with me so I could see how my final three choices looked in the lighting of my bathroom. Tom did the work and arrived promptly at 8:00 AM all 3 days. He worked very hard every day and explained each step to me. My questions were always answered promptly and any concerns I had were immediately addressed. I am thrilled with my "new" bathroom! Especially the tub and tile. I was so sick of scrubbing the grout lines and my tub was dull and difficult to keep clean. It is so beautiful.
