I'm very knowledgable as a "Former Plumber" so I am very sensitive on who and how my residence gets worked on...out of all my years of plumbing I finally found one company that can explain and draw out all the plans before working on the house and from their follow the exact blue prints written out on paper it was a honor to meet these young men and have the opportunity to have them work on my house...( Exactly on June 23rd 2016 ) these young men came over at night and accurately found my leak from the bottom of my house then came early in the morning to fix my problem ...lets be honest a man with my experience in the this field which 22 years of owning and operating my company I'm more nosy as I should be but just looking at how professional they worked I felt comfortable enough to let them do their work in peace. It took them only 3 days to finish digging under my house and putting a 4 inch pipe which was connecting to my main line pipe which also connected to my shower and toilet. The way my house was built and the structure I have on my house which is in the city of Thousand Oaks it's not very easy to get under my house but this company never gave up and managed to fit into a 1 foot 1/2 basement which my problem was their to anyone that is reading my comment i highly recommend you to call and stick with this company read more

Christmas Eve we had a back up in our house, Heros Ipranosian came out that evening and checked our plumbing. He returned the very next morning with an associate and they found that we needed to replace everything (our pipes were old, leaking and cracked), we also had to have the main replaced in the front of the house due to the city roots from the trees. Heros worked at our house Christmas day and for two days there after and we have never had such a great experience. He and his fellow workers were so professional and kind and the rate was competitive, no over charging at all. It was unfortunate that this happened to us at Christmas, but we are so thankful that we had Heros to help us! Take the s off the end of his name and you have "Hero" and that is what he is to us! Miracle Rooter is terrific. I wish I'd found this company years ago! I will never use anyone else. I've used a dozen or so different plumbers during the 10 years we've owned our apartment building. Once Miracle Rooter Burbank Plumbing did their first job for me, I realized I had been over paying for sloppy, substandard work from the other guys. They see an apartment building, see an out of town owner/manager who also happens to be a woman making a decision on repairs and figure they'll jack the price up as high as they can. How in the world can you expect a plumber to negotiate a plumbing job over the phone, sight unseen? Kevin is honest and his employees are hard working. I can't even begin to tell some of the horrifying stories of working with some of the "chain-franchise" plumbers. Much thanks to Miracle Rooter for the exceptional and professional work they performed @ our home. It is a given that plumbing repairs can be expensive no matter who you use. So the value is in the quality of work, professionalism and guarantee for long term care. Unfortunately, we had a major sewer failure which needed immediate professional care. The phone book had hundreds to pick from. We immediately called the largest who started a sales pitch of treatments which he deemed necessary. After making a false claim to increase the billing I asked him to leave. He was not dressed well or smell good. I then called Miracle Rooter who's uniformed technician properly diagnosed the problem... made a fair job quote then performed the work with a more than satisfactory outcome. I would not even give this company 1 star...what they did...specifically Caesar was actually criminal. They are lucky I did not call the police on them. He said he could not unclog my bathroom sink and that all my pipes needed replacing. I told him I had the house repiped 10 years ago...he said it needed it again. So, I had another plumber come in the next day, within 2 minutes he had it unclogged...the second plumber went into the crawl space beneath my house to double check my pipes, which Caesar never did and said that It did NOT need new pipes. Miraclerooter took my money and tried to rip me off. DO NOT use these plumbers...they work on commission so they want money off a possible $3000 job not a $150 clog. miracle rooter did amazing job .. my sink was backed up . i called a local plumber. they told me i need to replace my main line something about roots growing in my line ..but they didnt want to show me the pic from the camera ..so i called mircale rooter where Arthur B came inspected my sink and told me that everything was okay .that i only needed to snake my line and all would be good..and he was right his job was clean effective and most of all his honesty was second to none .. It's a Sunday morning, we head to the basement to do laundry...and the utility sink is full of water and when we flush a toilet? The sink only gets higher. Yuck. Time to call a plumber, but we didn't know who to call. We tried another local plumber but they charged $99 to come out on a Sunday, then we tried Miracle Rooter and they had no fee for the visit and the same fees for snaking a main line so we gave it a shot. I called Miracle Rooter on a late Saturday afternoon and they responded right away! Whitney showed up within 20 minutes after I called and was extremely polite. We had a major sewer back up. Whitney is a great and knowledgeable technician, not only was he able to remedy the immediate problem but went above and beyond to inspect all possible causes of the problem. He snaked the main sewer line, then run a camera to show me what the problem was. He was honest enough to tell me that the hydro jetting will solve the problem temporarily, but did not push me to do it or scared me that if I don't do it, it will become a mess. read more

I called and they sent a tech out to my place right away, Adrian was his name, he really helped me understand what my problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. He was very patient explaining to me so i would understand what was the issue. he said we should run jetter to clear out any blockage. Called them out of the Yellow Pages because they claimed to have fast service and they were here in less than an hour. My main sewer line had failed - it was over 50 years old and the clay pipes needed to be replaced. They encountered a couple of unexpected issues navigating hard clay soil and other elements of the yard, but worked diligently and professionally in completing the job. We had massive water leakage and damage to wood work and floors..we had the crew come in from Miracle and they were very professional and also showed a real personal understanding of just how affected we were by this damage. We didn't realize we had a problem until 6:30pm. I called Miracle Rooter Plumbing and they made it to our home by 8:45pm. Whitney was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Our old solar water heater was leaking and water was all over our garage. Whitney drained it, disconnected it, and removed it. We were very pleased with his work. I highly recommend Miracle Rooter Plumbing. My plumbing was acting sluggish and everybody in my neighborhood has been replacing their sewer lines to the tune of $12,000 and up. Miracle Rooter tech diagnosed the pipes and told me that the line is not in a great shape but if they do a hydro jet, the line still could have some more years of life.
