Marc was great honestly. He pointed out that my old setup was missing a few things that are code now, like the drain pan under the tank and the expansion tank. Took the time to explain what each part actually does instead of just listing stuff. No pressure on anything. They worked with me on the pricing which I really appreciated. The guy knows his stuff. Install was super clean, no leaks or gas smell. Before he left, we checked the faucets and the new system and he walked me through how to flush it once a year to help it last longer. The tech (Aden) was friendly, informative, sharp, on his game. Gave the heater a thorough inspection, repaired some missing screws in one of the faceplates, cleaned up dust and debris, and got the furnace relit and working. Most importantly he gave me a solid rundown on what to look for, a couple water drainage issues he spotted that may cause us problems in the future, and wrapped up. Cost of the inspection covered his repairs. We were done within an hour. I'll call these folks back for future water furnace needs--hope they can fix whatever happened with the warning call.

I initially contacted him to perform maintenance on my tankless hot water heater since I had just moved into a new home. Zorro showed up on time, was extremely patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions (it was my first time dealing with a tankless system). Because of how great the experience was, I ended up asking him for a quote on a whole house water filtration system as well. During the installation, one of the filter tanks unfortunately had a crack. Zorro immediately got on the phone with his supplier to get a replacement as quickly as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way, even sending me the tracking number so I could follow along. When the replacement arrived on a Saturday, Zorro was at my house within the hour to finish the job. That level of responsiveness and accountability is rare.
