Traveling to Lexington and finding this gem is everything I needed! I've never been to a dedicated gluten free restaurant and I'm so happy I found one! They had so many bread and pastry options and everything was delicious. I had a BLT with the gluten and dairy free coffee cake and my husband had a bacon egg and cheese. Everything was delicious and the staff was really awesome as well.

Gluten Free Brownies don't get better than this! Eat a little, reseal the jar & save for later!

This is more than a bakery, you can get sandwiches, soups and pizza too! I'm not Celiac but eat Gluten free for other health reasons, which I have found hard to do given I love bread and baked goods. The baked goods here are much better than the stuff I've tried at home. If you cannot make it to them during their normal business hours, you can pick up some of their bread options at Whole Foods now. I like the Coconut Paleo Bread best. Totally worth your time to seek them out.

Since going gluten free a year and a half ago, my southern soul has been seeking, nay, yearning for a soft and delectable southern biscuit. This morning, I'm convinced my Appalachain ancestors, tired of my weekend moaninga and groanings for a biscuit that isn't as dense as a rock, led me directly to gluten free miracles. The biscuit sandwich I recieved was the lightest biscuit I've ever had (even before going gluten free!) and took me back to a time when I watched my mamaw hand roll biscuits in her sun soaked kitchen. Buttery, light, perfection that had me elated the rest of my Saturday. My husband, who eats ALL the gluten took a bite to see why I was having such a passionate and intimate affair with a breakfast sandwich and he was impressed enough to say "wow, that is light" which is high praise from him. If you are looking for a biscuit worthy of KY, this is THE place to go. Your mamaw would approve.

Beautiful bakery display and set up!

I visited here while in the area in February 2016 (guess it took me a bit to make this review, oops!). This is a cute little shop and the owner and son were very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and quaint. The boyfriend and I stopped here for lunch and both of us were impressed! I have to be gluten free (boyfriend does not) and I was so excited to experience my first ever, all gluten-free, allergy friendly cafe and bakery. Somehow, in Cincinnati we don't have places like this yet. We ordered the pizza and a cup of chili to eat there. We didn't get the chili, which may have been a miscommunication, and I don't know if we had been charged for it (I didn't ask for a receipt). The pizza, though, was quite good! We did a build your own with gluten free crust, cheese, sausage, pepperoni, and peppers. Even the not-gluten-free boyfriend loved it! There was some left over that we took with us and had the next day. It was good even cold! We also got some baked goods to go. The cinnamon roll was a little dry and I'm not sure if it's because I waited a day and a half to eat it or if it would have been that way had I eaten right away. Maybe it would have been better warmed a little. The muffin and cookie were great, though. They offer breads and treats to go along with a cafe menu that changes up. They have paleo, gluten free, and many allergy friendly choices available. They are more than willing to answer any questions and identify items that would work for you if you have any dietary restrictions. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area!

It's a miracle! I so enjoyed the keto options, especially the pumpkin and cream cheese muffins and lemony bars. Cute atmosphere!

Perched high atop the hill, those diners sitting outside have an amazing view of the trees and the sky while seated comfortably in the shade. Servers are quick to come around and take your order.. mine being beef brisket, Mac and Beans (Mac and cheese with baked beans on top) vinegar slaw and squash. Also on special was asparagus on the late-May evening that I stopped in. I'm a beef brisket snob. I like it lean and well smoked without the need for heavy bbq sauces. My opinion is that the more sauce you have to use, the worse off the meat. Having traveled all over, including a heavy concentration in the south sampling beef brisket, I can attest to the deliciousness of Red Point's brisket. A nice mix of fat, the brisket was tender and juicy and I could cut it with my fork. The side of bbq sauce complimented it rather than overpowering it, which is what it should do. The Mac and cheese baked beans was something I have never seen on a menu before. Mac and cheese on the bottom and baked beans on top.. I'm a fan. I'm also a fan of the bacon on top of it! The squash was so/so.. a little overcooked to me and the balsamic didn't really do anything for me. I would have liked some garlic and onion seasoning on it instead. The vinegar slaw was also a bit of a miss for me, but no one has been able to beat a local place in Thorntown, Indiana's vinegar cole slaw for me. The most important item.. the beef brisket.. was a solid 9.5 for me. I'm sure if I'm in the area again, my mouth will start watering thinking about it!

Huge portions, so order accordingly lol Ranking my food items, from best to least: 1) Baked sweet potato (best I've ever had) 2) Hot Chicken sandwich (add the brioche bun) 3) Broccoli salad (perfectly creamy) 4) Asparagus (perfectly grilled) 5) Rack of ribs (the only subpar item, was ok) Also commendable are the drink prices! Cocktails were $9 so that went a long way to our enjoyment. As for the place, there's plenty of parking and great outdoor seating in a relaxed peaceful nature area. I can't wait to come back!

I asked what her favorite thing in the menu was or what she recommended and she just scoffed the pesto chicken with zero enthusiasm. "Just get the pesto chicken people don't know what farm to table is and expect city food". Well don't get the pesto chicken, it's unseasoned and lacks flavor. Shes rude and is extremely unfriendly. We wished we had just walked away at that point. She rolls her eyes when you ask to try a beer and makes snide comments, "you guys been hiking you look tired". The potatoes look days old and have been sitting around from the day before. The bathrooms don't work and the girls who bring your food out lack customer service skills as well. I would not recommend eating here, go further down the road instead.
