I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional. I was never able to meet a…read moreperson face to face and when I had an issue with a garage door opener they directed me to a drop box in Dallas. This is a team of work-from-home people spread throughout the metroplex. Their people will never actually step foot in your home. Only their subcontracted local vendors. They don't communicate or screen tenants. They allowed tenants to move into my property without paying a security deposit! Those tenants stopped paying rent, had to be evicted, and they trashed the house. I was under contract for 12 months, my property was occupied for 7 and I received rent for 4.5. They hired vendors to clean up, including a deep clean. My property sat unoccupied and full of crap (literally, dog crap) for a month before the vendors came. And they didn't clean. I sent pictures and videos detailing the incomplete work (large spots of washable paint that I could wipe up with water, animal fur and lint stuck to baseboards, cabinet faces splattered with food, etc) and asked that the invoice not be paid until the vendor came back. They paid the vendor anyway and said the vendor told them there had been "stains". So I ended the contract and had to do the work myself anyway. I lost a ton of money using this company.

They managed one of my investment properties and it was a complete nightmare. You have 17 different departments that would have to answer for any of your needs. One for billing, one for repairs, one for leasing, one for customer service etc.... You speak to a new person every time and they are hourly employees based out of another country. Yes, their door fee is great. $109/mo but they bring a new meaning to the word cheap. This is the biggest JOKE of a company. I promise you with all of my heart and soul..... DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. This company is temu property management. They lock you into a contract because and once you're locked in... you're stuck with the incompetence. There are no amount of words to describe my disgust with the employees, management and owners of this company. I have had to speak to every layer of this company to get things done. I do have ONE positive thing to say about this company..... You dont HAVE to sign with them. That is all.

The ladies are very nice, but don't let that fool you. They are a BUSINESS and out to make money in EVERY way they can. If you are NOT savvy on the contract and make sure certain things are approved prior to repair/issues then you are screwed! They love emails and emails only. The biggest disappointment was NO LIVE PERSON answers the phone. It's an ANNOYING voice mail that forwards your call to record your name, if they feel like talking to you they pick up. I would highly have an attorney read the contract with QPS, plus they rip you off and charge you a fee for a vacant property, when in fact you know damn well they NEVER do anything to rent it out. They "claim" the market is weak, when in fact they have some crazy fees they charge potential renters before they can even apply. This would make anyone run! The fees are about $200, no wonder they can't get a place rented out quickly! They are nice people, however they milk everything they can pull money out of. Thankfully I was able to get out of my contract. They RIP you off when a tenant moves out by charging you for EVERY light bulb in your condo/home at $5.00 each (EVERY TIME) there is a move out, plus extra fees to install a bulb (I have invoices showing this). Then they have these bogus "inspection, move in/out" that their maintenance guy does, which ends up costing an owner around $2000 - 3000 of UNNECESSARY CHARGES. You never get proof of the work by their guy, just a typed invoice that they submitted. It's a great way to make money on a owner or tenant. This is just one of the things that is an overcharge. They do it for the money like most, but fairness never happens. They want to use all their own vendors, which they mark it up 2-3x, and they NEVER got to the property to inspect anything. It's a joke! I could go on and on, but what for? We had a long term contract and were happy until we noticed they didn't get our home rented out for almost 6 months because they did not do their job. It was time to change companies, and have some friends take over our home. Thankfully we did and we couldn't be happier. Again, this is business I would NOT ever recommend. This review has taken me three years to write because I wanted to give them the benefit, however really lucky we no longer have this company! They caused us, not 100% to loose money and did not give a damn about it. So much for southern hospitality. If your an owner and looking for a property management company DO NOT USE Quest! The contract is a trap, even charged us monthly fee for it being vacant! I feel this long rating had to be done. I have left out even more of it. They didn't do their job so we fired them! End of story. Everything in her comment is a complete LIE!
