She completely bleached my daughters hair and had the audacity to say that they would never do what the client didn't ask for she wanted to sugarcoat it and say that it was a "four finger" difference that they added to my daughter's hair they completely bleached it when she asked for caramel highlights, and instead of them rectifying the situation, she takes my daughter to the back and starts talking to her staff it's a quick fix with toner it's doesn't even do anything and gathers with her staff and starts talking about my daughters hair to the other girl that was helping her that Maria didn't even touch my daughters hair. If I could give it zero starts I would. Stay away this place is terrible.

I reiterated that I wanted the roots blonde so when they grew out more I wouldn't have to deal with roots plus darker ends. She seemed to get it. Colored my hair. I dried it. I told Ellie that the roots were still dark. She told me I was wrong, they were perfect and blended perfectly. How do you respond to that sort of thing? I smiled, paid, tipped her, and I won't go back. I would like to ask all colorists to please do what the client asks rather than what you think looks good. It may be look fine but if it's not what I asked for, then you weren't listening. Shalom.
