One of the documents was from out of state and would need to be handled separately and Terrie quickly connected me with a resource and coordinated the exchange. Given the number of documents that I had to process, Terrie offered me a break on her standard per-document fee and agreed to what I felt was a very fair overall price. On a Thursday, Terrie came to my office where I handed everything over. The following Thursday all 11 documents were in my mailbox with Apostilles attached. I was charge $2.50 for "computer use" when I didn't even touch a computer. I voiced my confusion and paid and walked out. Their website states copies are $.10-$.15 cents which is reasonable. I emailed the store again with my confusion. Their response is attached in the photos. I recommend going to the location down the road by Trader Joe's. Never been charged more than $1 for copies if they charge me at all. Their customer service is 100x better and they stick to the prices on the site. My small business will no longer be shipping through this store.
