We had a remodel of a bathroom and needed a brushed nickel mirror of a custom size. It is very difficult to shop online for this kind of item. Was recommended to try this company by one of the remodeling companies that gave us a bid. The owner David was very helpful taking us through options and pros and cons on styling. His store is full of options. It is clear that he knows what he is doing based on years of experience; he knows what sells and styles that change over time. Our 31 X 41 mirror was perfect styling, and pricing was comparable to what I had viewed online and actually better since I could purchase exactly what I needed. The mirror only took less than a week for him to complete the job, which is great when doing a remodel on a timeline. I also appreciated that I could just pick it up at the store rather than worry about shipping a mirror from online that might come damaged or not what I expected, considering I needed it in a timely fashion. BUYER BEWARE! What a let down. We ordered a mirror from this place and when we came to pick it up the frame was a totally different color. We chose a nice medium to light brown colored frame and we got an almost black espresso frame. The owner explained that the sample we choose was 15 years old and the company that makes the frame has changed several times. Really now? Time to clean your store and get new samples!! And apparently this place does not take returns at all. This would have been nice to know at the time of purchase. The owner was very unfair at handling the exchange and actually charged us a little more to get a different mirror that was much cheaper. We ended up paying almost twice as much as the mirror we got was worth. We've been coming here for years and referred so many friends and family to this place. I'm sad to say we will never be back and we will make sure to let everyone know that they should not do business here either. Tip: Use your credit card in case you need to make a return or dispute unfair charges. DO NOT use cash at this place! And DO NOT pay in full up front. We have recently gutted and remodeled our house and needed some new bathrooms mirrors. I went to some glass stores and I would have to order a frame from a catalog picture. I really wanted to see what the actual frame would look like, so I was so glad when I found Mirrors Mirrors. They have a tremendous selection of frames that you can look at and touch to get a good idea about what your mirror would look like. We were helped immediately and owner explained the difference in quality of mirrors. We ordered two mirrors that were ready about a week later. The mirrors are absolutely gorgeous. The frame is made from Italian wood that looks and feels expensive!!! They help make our bathroom look high end. Although the mirrors are a bit more expensive than those at big box stores, the quality is so much higher. The brackets that come with the mirror are very strong so that I don't have to worry about it coming off the wall. I would definitely come back and buy another mirror if I need another one. read more
